Have never had a bad experience here. Great service with a smile and great food. One place I know I can walk into and receive food/ drink for a reasonable price and get my money's worth

Friendly staff explained lot's of options for buying for a large group of people. It was delicious

Big Apple Bagels is our "go to" place to purchase bagels. The bagels are always fresh and the employees are helpful and patient with our orders.

The food was great but the girl working at the cash register had a visibly bad attitude and even muttered about us under her breath while we were ordering! The guy who brought out our order was fine but they should think twice about having Little Miss Attitude Problem front and center taking orders.

Food, coffee and pricing very good; however, young girl that waited on us (and was pre-paid) forgot our carryout and we had to jump through couple hoops with new person when inquiring about when we were getting rest of our order. Although friendly, more training might be needed.

Went there to grab a sandwich for lunch. Five employees and no one would look at me. When they finally seen me instead of coming to take my order they said we will be with you soon. They were not helping other customers. I had been there almost ten minutes by then. I walked out without ordering. Thi

Great local bagel shop that keeps things simple.

I called them by accident. The manager called me back to get more of the story of what I experienced at a place they sell the bagels. Thank you for being considerate.
