My pre-exam ritual is coming here and getting a very reasonably priced coffee in my reusable coffee cup that they give me a discount for using. The workers are always EXTREMELY kind and are very helpful to point out deals or specials that are available. Everything is always clean and the service is

Plain egg and bacon bagel had avocado and some sort of dressing on it because the employees don’t wipe their utensils between bagels. Long wait as well. If the bagels weren’t so good I would’ve stopped going to Einstein along time ago because each location seems to have these problems.

Bagels are alright. This place isn't too bad. Just wish their drive thru went quicker. Every time I am there, its ALWAYS over 20 mins wait.

Usually love going in there but today the customer service was not impressive. I know it is a Saturday but it was clear that the girl working did not want to be there. She didn't say hello or greet me in any way. She only spoke to prompt answers for my order. No "thanks for coming in" or any excha

Fast service, friendly staff, good menu. The lines are usually a lot shorter here!

The staff here is awesome, they always have a smile on their face. The food is great as well, specially when you are running in between classes you can stop by & get out very quick. The service is quite fast!

I know the hours are confusing because of CMU and the library, but the coffee and bagels are still awesome. The workers are nice and the place is clean. :)
