Ihop - Grand Prairie - Photo album

When I walked in Crystal greeted me with a smile and even open the door for me so that I wouldn't touch the door which I thought was great customer service. And she seated me down very gracefully. When I sat down I waited for my waiter for a while, maybe 8 minutes and she came and she was an ok wait
I love I hope, it's a good family restaurant, the food was excellent, especially the egg omelettes, love the pancakes😘
The food was good. Strawberry banana french toast, delicious. Waitress was attentive and kind. Downsides: The floor was pretty dirty. I really hate that they stack plated food on their arms to serve. So the bottom of the plates are sitting in top of food. Not sanitary
Good food great service. Huge portions
Service was great Food was great Restaurant was clean This is my 2nd IHOP I visited in Texas and I had a very pleasant experience at this one. The one in Arlington can learn a lot from them. Thanks for such great service.
Fantastic service and food! It's been years since I've been to an IHOP and that knocked it out of the park for expectations! Sara(h) was awesome, as well as the woman who I think was hosting/bussing. They were both kicking butt and are deserving of quite the praise for holding down the late night ru
The server didn't check the food before bringing it out. My sister ordered an omelet that was supposed to come with veggies, but the server brought eggs with cheese. The two stars are because he had the worst attitude while we were paying (we didn't dispute any of the charges nor even question them)
I find the best time and services here are after 9am. Food is good but service is where it's at , who wants to eat good food receiving bad service. Service is good my opinion here after 9am
