Service has consistently gone down. I WAS a frequent flier because I live a block away. Every week there a different issue: missing item, watery Mac n cheese, watered down coffee. I ordered dark roast coffee and muffins via delivery. My coffee was so watery it could pass as herbal tea. I was offered
I love Panera so I hate having to say this...but this specific location always leaves me with something missing or wrong with my order. When I order to-go, I never get utensils. Coffee is always lukewarm or cold.
Got a to-go order tonight. They're out of staple ingredients (bread, tomatoes). They didn't include the dressing for my boyfriend's salad. My flatbread was basically cold and I had to heat it up at home. Barely have any dressing for my salad. Won't return to this location.
The had steak sandwich and creamy tomatoes soup. Chicken salad and Black bean soup! I love there bread it's made fresh daily.It's tasty and staff was very friendly. Tasty lunch but can be pricy!
Came in both girls behind counter did not greet us at all. I ordered food for dine in, it took 45 min to get my food and flat bread pizza was cold then still miss things on order.The place was dead took this long to get the food. Then they were out of bread too. Never coming back over here again.
No tables were clean. Food order was bad. The manager made it right, but 1) it shouldn't be reactionary to get my order right, and 2) it took a really long time to make right. I won't eat at Panera ever again, but my wife will give them another chance.
