Lily is AMAZIING. She resolved an issue that I had a few days ago with no hesitation. & she’s super nice and easy to talk to!! If a manager or someone with some power sees this please give Lily her props, a raise or something , SERIOUSLY!! Made my night! Keep it up Lily!
Best Starbucks! Been coming here 4 times a week for over a year now and the morning people know my order the moment they hear my voice say "venti iced coffee...." love it!
This location is the worst but unfortunately it's the closest to my house. If you don't like the taste of coffee and want everything you drink overly sweetened, (even when you ask them to dial it back or not add many pumps) then go here. When I ask for 5 shots of espresso in my coffee it should be

Ordered hot chocolate this morning and when I got there they told me they didnt have the topping for it. So I took the drink and didnt realize that in a venti drink the topping takes up over half the cup and now they wont answer the phone

Busiest drive thru I've seen. Cars backed up in the parking lot. Didn't have certain items available although charged for such item after the fact. Venti hot drinks weren't hot at all.
I love this location! The staff are friendly and remember you when you come back. My order turns out right 99% of the time.
