Upon my arrival, the attitude of the female employee was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She immediately informed my party and I of the menu limitations she would be making due to the store closing within the hour. As a customer, this behavior is considered extremely lazy and unacceptable. When we received our food, it was completely cold and was not prepared as advertised. When the issue was addressed, the employees refused to honor our wish to file a complaint. They also refused to provide their names to be included in our complaint considering that they were not wearing name tapes. Additionally, no explanation was given regarding why our food was prepared incorrectly. Instead, we were offered a refund although this was not a financial issue. This issue was a question of integrity, professionalism, and morals. I am an extremely unsatisfied customer and hope that this location will be more selective of their employees in the future.

The lady working the counter was rude! Not friendly to begin with. Then the tea came out watery and I asked her if there was any other tea and she said no. It would take a while to make. She said the ice is why it looked so light. Rarely have I sent anything back but the tea was literally water. Poured a whole bunch in a bucket and said, she it’s dark. The first bit out was not. Will definitely not come back to this location. Most other dickeys I go to have the friendliest staff!

Sent my daughter to buy 2 loaded bake potatoes with meat. Told her to go to the competition but didn’t listen. Brought the potatoes home one had a piece of wire hanging on the side of the meat. Sent her back to exchange it. Told her to have the meat set on the side. The container she got with the meat inside is terrible. Looks like bits and pieces from the cutting board. What I got the first time was good cuts. I was not impressed at all with the quality of this BBQ. Very disappointed and ruin my dinner!!!!!

Good morning,
I wanted to write and let somebody know about the experience we had at the Dickeys location on Carrier Parkway. I was going to leave a Google review in hopes of getting in contact with a GM but found this email instead so hopefully this works.
My family and I visited this location yesterday, Sunday 12/27/2020 and we ordered takeout and was given a 20 minute window, no problem... we waited an hour and the food that we got was not worth the wait time and it definitely was not worth the money. Here are a list of issues we had with our order:
1. The "burnt ends" were nothing more that chopped brisket.
2. The spicy sausage was old and seemed like an after thought.
3. The Cesar salad was not fresh and the dressing was rancid. Along with the green beans that appeared to have been sitting since they were literally deteriorating.
4. The $7 wings had no flavor whatsoever.
5. The "free" kids meals were not edible at all and my daughter could not even bite through the bread.
6. The sandwich was just thrown together.
I chose NOT to contact the store due to the fact that this seems to be an upper management issue that needs to get this resolved.
I do not mind paying for my food but when it is this quality it makes me sick to think I paid $40 and added a $5 tip. The fryer was down so nothing like okra or fries, nothing like that was able to be ordered. This is honestly the worst BBQ we have had in quite some time. We ended up throwing it out and fixing something at the house. I inquired about the brownies and cookies and they said that they were put out TWO days ago. I would like to see what can be done about getting this made right. I will NOT be returning to this Dickeys. I passed 2 other BBQ places on the way here and I regret it. I would like to see what can be done to get this corrected and would like to leave a positive Google review afterwards. I can get the receipt number when I get home from work if needed.

I certainly enjoyed the food and service, good area nearby to my apartment. The workers are always super friendly. Highly recommended.
