The staff is unprofessional and rude i have never been so disrespected if you are wanting good service you should go to a different location . Alfredo The manager on duty yells and screams at customers and Sofia has no idea of what there product or availability. they all need to be retained and taught manners , the whole staff horseplay's and have no customer service they need to start by terminating Sofia and Alfredo if they want people to come to this location i have been to other Boston Markets in the DFW and never have i had a experience like the one i had at this location , ANYWHERE ELSE

This is the WORST location DO NOT EAT HERE. Go to the Pioneer location. The guy with the long hair is SUPER rude and nasty. I have been here 3 times and everytime there is a problem. NEED NEW STAFF. Horrible customer service I don't see how this location is still running.

My 102 year old Mom likes Boston Market, so we got it to go.
My wife and mine take on the food was poor. I had meatloaf and it looked like a 'possible' meat slurry baked in a loaf. The taste was flat and the only thing that made it better was dumping catsup all over it. In the past I had ribs that were disgusting. The sweet potatoe slurry was ok, just like baby food.
The employees were wonderful. I really wished it was better and had more selections.

So I went 2 days in a row trying to get the prime rib. Unfortunately I didn't get there in time so today I called ahead. They told me that they would have it ready to serve by 12:30. I got there at 12:35 super excited to finally try it. I must say I was VERY disappointed. Prime rib is supposed to be medium rare at the most cooked level but NEVER well done and mine was well done. It was the driest piece of meat I have ever had even after I soaked it in the provided au jus sauce. I did a side by side photo of what is advertised and what I got for reference as even the ad displays a medium rare meat. My wife's chicken was amazing as always (which is why they still get 3 stars otherwise it would have been 2). I guess I couldn't expect much only paying $15 for what is normally a $30 meat. Stay in your lane Boston Market. You do chicken better than most but in Texas we expect you to make love to our beef not hate bang it.

I arrived and worker told me to go around the other entry, I got to 2nd door;Sign says closed only 7 people allowed on tables) No customers were inside but workers*
1 eating and 2 just hanging out chat chat.
No customer service skills at all. Horrible service.

Not like I remembered ,but service was great the guy that waited on me was very patient because I didn't really know what I wanted. They don't have the brisket anymore and the chicken was highly priced and dry although the sides were very good.
