I'm a simple man, I got in was sat within five minutes, ordered a burger and coffee and after another five minutes got my food. Ate l, paid, and left just as quick as I got in. Great food this morning. Just passing through on my way to El Paso from Georgia. Love the Dallas /Ft. Worth/ Grand Prairie, hospitality. The IHOP was clean, Colorado omelette was huge, and Gabrielle was a great server.
The caramel sauce Pancakes I had were great. But I must say that the French toast were bland. Definitely not on the same level as Another Broken Egg Cafe. The omelette was okay but surely could use a little bit of seasoning. I've learned my lesson for sure, only get pancakes from IHOP. Fool me once.
Very good place to eat breakfast in the morning. So calm and not packed. Had a good breakfast.

I had forgotten how good it is to sit down and have breakfast with plenty of hot coffee. The customer service was good. The partition gave us some ease. I'll be returning.
