Terrible bussines. The personal is very rude. I did a online order in the app and it had an error, but it wasn't my fault, it was the app. I was trying to explain to the girl the problem and she never stop to talk in a very rude way. I just trying to figure it out to fix it and I had to tell her a lot of times: please can I talk with you? And she only talk and talk very aggressive. I will never come back. I don't know her name but she was there at 1:30 pm on January 27. People like her can't work in a customer service position.
And I have to say this is the worst Little Caesars in Grand Prairie. In the other places the service is great.
I bought in this store 3 times and always is something wrong with them.

Pizza cooked perfectly! Love it. But i asked for butter and parm on crust and was charged for it but did not recieve!

This is probably the best little Caesars Pizza I’ve ever been to. I have a little Ceaser close to my house but I rather come to the LCP here in GP. The staff are always willing to help and always willing to go that extra mile to keep their customers happy. Cudos to all the staff... Keep up the great work.

Train YOUR employees!! Especially, if you don’t want to lose customers. These kids you hire to do the job can do better so I don’t know if the customers should blame management or these untrained teens for the unprofessionalism. I understand this may not be their dream career but if you are hiring them to work, at least set some kind of performance standard.
I walked in and the kid at the front desk is sitting there spraying the female employee with a bottle spray, didn’t even acknowledge that couple of customers had walked in. I had to ask if an order was ready. At the very least teach them how to behave in front of customers as they are representing your company or business.
Good luck retaining your customers as your rating keeps going down. Apparently management does not care enough to acknowledge so many customers who have placed 1-2 star reviews.

I love the pizza but the kids behind the counter were kinda useless and untrained. No name was taken for our order. The girl behind the counter looked at our boxes a few times, wandered in and out of the back, never speaking to the other workers. It took a minute. While we waited, we found a LCP worker's hat on the floor on the guest side of the counter, and put it on the counter. The girl was surprised by the hat being there. I have no idea how long they had been there, but it was after 7 when we went. Had they not stepped out into the guest area once? Also, we couldn't get a location (cross streets) from the person who took our order. He seriously didn't know where he worked. What is our world coming to if these are our future leaders.

This place has bad service. They never have anything. For example I went in at 840pm they close at 10pm I asked for wings and a cheeser pizza and they said we dont have any wings or any cheesers pizzas. Last time the same thing happened, I asked for stuffed crazy bread and they told me they didn't have any it was only 700pm. Thats crazy!
