They were fast and the most important really loved was to hear a happy person on the speak like they wanted to be at work. I just love that most places they sound bored or don't wanna be there. Food was still hot when I got home and it was put together well.
Waited 15 minutes at the window for my order. I witnessed a food handling employee pull his pants up while wearing gloves, and he did not change his gloves. This was at 8:15pm on October 22nd.

They forgot something on my order last time I was there. Went back tonite and the manager was very sweet she remembered that I called so I got the item I had not gotten last time and have coupon that says let's make up. Very nice
I specifically stated to get a burrito no beef sub for black beans. Came back to my work area and the burrito had beef added to it. Tryed to call and let them know but phone number on google doesn't ring. Two stars because food was hot and fresh.
The lady at the window was awesome felt like I was talking to someone I knew rather then an employee. Her name was Jessica and her customer service rocked.
