At first I had a hard time placing my order online. It prompted me to call the store to do so. Well since I was in the neighborhood i decided to stop by. Not only did Cera give me the online deal....she even helped carry my food out so I didn't have to wake my two year old who was sleeping in my arms. I love this pizza hut and will refer them to the next person!

Ordered online and it said my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. I also did curbside pick-up and when I got there, I hit the button on the app to let them know I was there, and waited. I’m not one to rush curbside as I worked in fast food for 4 years, but they took a good 10 minutes, and you could see from the window that there weren’t many customers inside (2) and there was a bunch of staff standing around. So finally I figured I’d get faster service by just going in, which was fine had it been true. So I go in, and wait for my turn in line. One cashier is helping a customer and there was another up there doing something, and there was one I could see on the line making pizzas, and then there was one, just doing nothing. So she walks past me once, doesn’t help. Then she was about to a second time, but she stopped. Her attitude was AWFUL, and she had her headphones in while I was talking to her. She went to find my pizza, it was in the pizza warmer (or whatever it’s called), ready to go. It had been there the whole time and even though there was at least one, maybe two employees that weren’t doing anything, no one brought it out to me? And tried to keep me waiting inside too? I know fast food employees rotate quickly a lot of the time, but why pay them if they’re not even doing anything??

I ordered 2 large 3 topping stuffed crust pizzas and 18 traditional wings at 7:30pm. It said my order would be ready in 25 minutes, and I requested no contact curbside pickup.
I arrived around 7:55pm, and hit the "I'm here" button in the app. Waited 5 minutes and called the number in the pickup space. The lady I spoke with stated, "We tried calling you, we no longer have stuff crust, instead we have thin and crispy." After a couple of questions, and very (annoyed) responses, she agreed that she would not charge extra for the 2 thin and crispness. She also stated that they would be done in 20 minutes and hung up.
After waiting 25 minutes, still noone brought out my food. I decided to go inside, hoping for faster service. The lady was frazzled, and frustrated, and brought my 2 pizzas out. After looking at me, wondering why I was still there. I mentioned my 18 wings. After looking at the receipt, she went to the back, came back 2 minutes later, and said noone put enough wings, and they will take 8 minutes.
9pm, the lady was relieved and a man came to the register helping the next customer in line. He saw me and asked, and I received all of my items in 2 minutes.
Upon arriving home, the thin and crispy pizzas tasted like cardboard. The wings were delicious, but the pizzas were cold, dry, and terrible.

I was very pleased when I went to pick up my order this past Sunday. The staff member that took my order over the phone was so sweet she was very professional. She greeted me with the kindest smile when I walked in to pick up my order. Food was delish!

It’s 7:10pm on Monday, January 11, 2021 and this location is closed. Web states it’s open. Instead I went to the pizza place in the shopping center behind them and pizza was so good!!

Everytime I order from here they mess up my order. Last night I go to grab my pizza and it fell apart because half the crust was missing from the center of the pizza. Like you really couldn't tell there were giant wholes in the crust when you made the pizza?

Worst pizza hut ive been too. One they left our pizzas on the shelf while the cook went on break. Another reason is everyone wqs on their phones! Pizzas okay but the place looked like crap. Never going there in my lifem GO PAPA JOHNS.

Me and my husband was VERY disappointed when we got our pizza delivered to us for dinner. We had tried pizza from you guys not that long ago and it turned out good. So when we saw the commercials for this pizza, thought we would try it out.... Def disappointed in it. Did not look like the commercials on tv.

Generally like the service. They have taken ownership to every mistake and have given me many free or discounted replacements. My biggest issue here lately is that they run out of popular dough or bone-in wings on the WEEKEND???...it never fails and it's becoming extremely irritating when placing half of your order just to get to the next part of the order to find out you can't! Suppose it's Chinese tonight...

This is the WORST pizza hut ever! Every time I order here there is always problems. The order is wrong, they switching back from store to store, they place you on hold then hang up, will tell you that they are adding a credit to your phone number and then when you call back it's not there. It's so bad that I had to go up there too many times just to see what the problem is. I would rather pay more and eat dominoes just to know my order is right. They really just need to fire everyone and start over

I have always order from this Pizza Hut well today out of all days I decided to order from here and never have I had bad service from them before but today made the First time and because of that therefore will be my last time order from them I ordered my pizza at 2:14 and didn't get it until after 4:00 o'clock when I call back the first few time one time they said it was on it's way the second time I got the person that had taken my order and she said that it would take until 3:45 so I give them that I call back again after that just to get somebody that was very rude and they place me on hold I was on hold for the longest time I ended up hanging up and calling back just to be hung up on by somebody there twice then the three time I get somebody that not only was they rude but put me back on hold I finely got the one person that had taken my order and this person sound like a older person she was very calm she apologize I ask could I have the manager please and when she got the manager just for me to who was the person that have been talking to you for that was rude after all her rudeness she to apologize andi told her that either I should get my order for free are they need to take something off that I shouldn't have to pay the full price needlessly to say I did get my order for free but that still didn't make me feel no better because in the middle of us talking she hung the phone up in my face so that did it for me no more Pizza Hut for me.........

How can Pizza Hut get our orders wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME WE ORDER. Is one place so incompetent that even the manager can't answer my questions when I ask why our orders are wrong when the receipts clearly list the exact same order I placed online, but it's NEVER what makes it to our house cuz it's wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!It makes me extremely sad since I have lived less than a block from this location for over 20 years and never had I been treated so horribly by a member of the staff there.
I placed an online order around 10:15 pm and was expecting my order for 10:45...I'm usually not an impatient person and don't pay too much attention if an order is a few minutes late. In this case, when I still hadn't received my order by 11 pm I decided to call Pizza Hut and see what was happening. I guess they don't teach the managers much in terms of people skills, but I was rudely told by the manager Jade that the pizza was going to be delivered after 11:15 because they dropped it or something and they had to make a new one. When I asked how they planned on compensating me for having to wait so long, Jade pretty much told me I could cancel or get a credit for next time. When I told her I wanted a refund I was put on hold for 10 minutes, without her even telling me she was putting me on hold. I've dealt with businesses dropping the ball before but at least they apologize and offer a way to make it up. In this case, I got neither.

This is seriously the worst managed establishment I have ever seen. I just witnessed the store manager SAMANTHA be extremely rude to another guest. The lady had an issue with her pizza and when she asked to speak to a manager, she was told that Samantha was on break and could not speak to her. She called the store and Samantha answered and then when she realized that the woman was right in front of her, she said "why are you calling us when you're standing right in front of me?!" She was giving her a dirty look the whole time, wouldn't make eye contact, and rolled her eyes. She did not resolve the issue at all and instead of politely explaining to the woman about the process by which they make the pizza, Samantha tried to make the woman look stupid. All in all, it was a great example of the kind of service I have ALWAYS received when I come to this location. I will NEVER return there. This locaton is so poorly run, Pizza Hut franchise should be ashamed.
