Pollo lico cauliflower rice is better. I also asked for something to clean a table and was handed a stack of napkins.... no cleaner!

Disappointed! Stood in line just to be told they didn’t have any sofritas to create my bowl. It was 2 hours before closing!!! A notice to inform customers would’ve been nice.

Food is good, but unfortunately, some of the staff have zero to non customer service. I always place my orders online, and I get an email confirmation that my order will be ready @ 11:45 AM (Promise time).. yeah right! more like 12:15PM, They just don't care.

About what we expected for fast serve customized Mexican food in the USA. People were polite. Cost was very acceptable. Wish their food was not as hot, simply a little more richer with spices.

The food is great and always fresh and hot when I order it. But the service is just horrible. I get the lines are long but no need to be rushing people when they have multiple orders. They messed up on my order as I was going through and I had two different people ask me what I wanted for both bowls
