Don't go to this restaurant unless it is absolutely you're only option. Even then I'd go to the one on Carrier. I've been to this restaurant several times and NOT ONCE have they gotten my order right. The managers are usually nice and will fix your order, but it sucks making several trips just to eat. This is the LAST time I go here. I'll make the farther drive to have better service from now on. Such a shame...

My favorite Whataburger in GP. I stop hear for breakfast several days a week. Always fresh and quick. Staff seems to care. Definitely covid compliant

The manager and staff at this location was very helpful. I placed an online order for breakfast for myself and coworkers. I didn't realize I'd actually placed the order to a different whataburger other than this one. The manager immediately called to confirm my order with the other location then made my food without a problem. I was thankful because today was very cold and snowy and didn't have time to drive to the other location. I know they didn't have to do this and I'm grateful!

I love Whataburger but location is very important. If I had to rate it, it would be 4 stars but thats because Im comparing it to the location in white settlement. That place is crazy good. The triple meat was stacked but when I asked for toasted buns, it wasnt toasted at all. It was barely "toasted" to look toasted

Got home with just a bun and cheese no meat. Need I say more 🤨🤨. Returned and all they gave me was the sandwich I asked for, they didnt offer anything extra for their mistake. Yeah I could have told them to they needed to compensate me but why should i have to tell them to do what they should have done automatically?? I won't come her anymore they dont even have to worry about it

This location is doing pretty well in maintaining social distancing during the pandemic serving is usually pretty quick and this is one of the few fast food places that includes Coke zero.

James was really helpful. Provided excellent customer service. I was extremely happy with his professionalism. I've never seen that in the fast food industry. We need more people like him. Im really impressed. Shocked to be honest.

Very very slow. Not sure what was taking so long. My drink Dr Pepper was 💧 watery. Taste like it had been sitting for awhile be4 I order. As if miss made & wait some1 might order a Dr Pepper. I ask for a #2 cheese mustard pickle onion with extra pickle only on Texas toast. I got everything lettuce and tomato on regular buns. Just the worst ever. Line too long & wait time to long to get back in. I will just deal with it.

First time going there tonight and I had a complicated order because grandkids had special ways for their burgers : got it to go and when I got home I said now to see which burger is who’s ! To my surprise all burgers were marked and the orders were complete :: Thank you :::
