Great place to be on Thursday night with half off oysters. Sounds like they changed the menu a bit but still have some favorites. Maple glaze bacon fries are a MUST!!! We ordered a charcuterie app which was ok. The chili jam and the smoked gouda were a hit. The seed brittle was wonderful. It was supposed to have salami but it was left off. When we asked about it the waiter said they were out. Would have been nice to know that when the app was brought out. Oysters....thats what we came for and they did not disappoint. Desert was Mississippi mud pie which was to die for. We did try the beers on the list.. my friend had the Hoptics which was good and I had the Blondie seeing I'm not a huge beer fan. Jacob the waiter was great! Allison who brought out the oysters was wonderful! All in all a good experience. Will go again! The only thing I can say is when we were getting ready to leave the music was extremely loud and we were glad to be done with our meal. You can't talk to each other with the music that loud
We had an incredibly delicious meal and a fabulous experience last night at the new smokehouse. We had the oysters which were incredible and also shared the brisket and smoked sausage which were excellent. The sides we shared were very good as well especially the German potato salad. I didn't care so much for the coleslaw as it had a kick to it and not a flavor I cared for. Our server was quick to offer great suggestions and answer any questions we had about the new menu. We will definitely be going back!
We went to the soft opening for the new smokehouse menu at Gilly's last night. I cannot rave enough. The brisket was delicious and practically melted in my mouth. All the BBQ sauces were fantastic. Oysters were so good. I have no complaints; both my husband I left feeling like we had one of the best meals. Very good food and we will be returning!
I’m vegan, so when I heard my friends were meeting up here, I looked at the menu online. I ordered the baked beans, and coleslaw. The baked beans were the best I’ve ever had! Coleslaw might have had some dairy, couldn’t quite tell. All my friends loved their choices, too. And the Late Harvest Reisling was the best, Hogue Wineries from Washington State. Our server was excellent, too!
This place is awesome! Their food is great every time and the price is very reasonable for the quality local products they use. Gotta try their burger. It's one of the best by far! Skip Red Lobster next time. This place is way better and the price is the same.
Great place and great food! Comped my meal because my burger was made wrong. Manager even came over to apologize. Food was delicious, and the twisted fries were awesome!

Found out about the free birthday lobster dinner at Gilly's, called to make sure they had a good supply, and headed down. Excellent, and lovely that our server took the lobster apart for me. We enjoyed oysters as an appetizer and my husband loved his Lobster Mac as much as I enjoyed my lobster. He said it was the best Mac and cheese he's had. Wonderful service, too. We will be back for oysters and jazz!
Great service, great staff, and good service, good food and great food great ambience.

By far the best oysters in town! Crab cakes & bacon wrapped scallops oh my! And that jumbo shrimp! So delicious. Service is always great as well.
Came here on Sunday during Artprize. It is indeed a big old building, it's huge inside! I think it's really cool that this place is basically three stories of bars, but not trashy-looking ones either. And it was neat to see the art on display, my favorite was the 3-D illusion one and also the painting of the statue in Daniel's prophecy.
Beer was delicious. Had the hopsun and st. John. My husband and I aren't ipa ppl but it was a great recommendation by Abby. Abby was our server upstairs and answered all our questions. She was so attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't have food. Kid friendly. Fun atmosphere. Has wheelchair/stroller accessibility.
We attended the Haunted Hogwarts party at the BOB and had a blast!!! The staff were amazing and so helpful. I’m a huge Harry Potter fan and the BOB crushed the decorations this year! The dragon was so cool!! Can’t wait for next year!!!!! 🎉🎉👻👻

We are so happy that the BOB is back open. We were heading to see a show upstairs at Dr. Grins.
When going online, to Open Table , it looked as though every table was booked at the two restaurants that are serving right now. However, upon getting a hold of somebody at the service desk, I was told that the Open Table app does not apply. The downside is I think a lot of people aren't utilizing the fabulous restaurants that are back open to eat there because they assume that all the tables are booked. Lucky for us, we called ahead and discovered this wasn't true. I highly suggest that this is updated in their system , as to not lose future customers. We miss the hay days of the Bob when it was packed with all ages and served magnificent food and was hopping on every floor. It was our go-to when we had people visiting from out of town. There was something there for everybody. We ended up having a terrific meal at Bob's Brewery. Our appetizer was cheese roulette, the secret being two or three jalapeno cheese stuffed bites! These were fried to perfection. They did not disappoint. We also asked for the barbecued mac and cheese which we had served deconstructed. The noodles were cooked perfect and the meat was so tender. The barbecue sauce was amazing and we probably should have had it served the way they normally do.

He seems to have been a stable in the building off and on throughout the years. We reminisced about the different food and restaurants that have been there, and he is crossing his fingers along with us, to see the BOB come back to its previous glory.
Easily the best spot to grab a drink at The Bob.
I've yet to try the food. Once I do, I'll drop another review.
Bartenders are very good, especially the veteran RIP. Highly recommend the bar seating.
The Bob is always a great time! Awesome atmosphere and caring staff. We loved the Halloween party and everything it had to offer from live music, dancing, and good drinks! Definitely will be going again next year:)
Had a great experience at the Bob! GG was an amazing waitress! She was incredibly accommodating and made sure that our table had everything that we needed!
I love this place! Live bands! Different bars for different people! Women typically don't have a cover charge. It's very hard to get a drink at the Eve but I drink downstairs because it's pointless to bring your drink on the dance floor. The bathroom is usually clean. The bartenders are nice but direct because its busy. I love the diversity this place brings. I've never had the food. But the wine is great!
The crew is amazing!!! Justine who works the elevator is a G!!! She consistently has good energy; I don’t know if it’s her vibrant hair or her smile but she definitely knows how to make you feel welcomed. Also one of the managers, Shelby, is GOATED, no matter rain or shine she always has a smile on her face; which makes her super pursuable, while taking care of business like a boss.
Travis was awesome! He was so much fun and made great drinks. Travis = 10/10!
