Matchbox Diner & Drinks - Grand Rapids - Photo album

My first time here, and was very impressed with the place... Our Waitress, Kristin L. was wonderful but busy. (We really didn't have to wait, and she managed her tables well!) The meals were wonderful, not outrageously priced, especially for the excellent quality of the food. My single order of sau
I had a good experience at Matchbox Diner & Drinks during my visit this past weekend. Regretfully, I waited far too long to try this gem, as the food was an absolute delight. The restaurant's rustic/modern charm lent a wonderful atmosphere to the dining experience. I had the pleasure of savoring th
Server was great, aloud us to slightly modify our food even though it was ideal! Turned out to sooooo delicious and am super grateful for that allowance! Potatoes where cooked to perfection. Tried both the hollandaise and the green goddess and they where both amazing.
It was a very busy Saturday brunch but once we sat down the staff was super friendly. One of the most expensive drink lists I've seen at brunch (alcoholic and non). All of the food looked good and it was a tough decision. Tip, the bar seats are first come first serve. Saves a lot of time for smaller
Coworkers and I went for brunch on a Friday late morning to celebrate our work anniversary and it was amazing! The vibe and atmosphere were wonderful and the food and beverages matched. I'm a big fan of Bloody Marys and theirs was fantastic. They have a few options for Bloody Marys and I don't reme
Food was delicious!! Going to have to come back for lunch sometime. Went back for dinner and Courtney was a delight! Was shocked it wasn’t more full, the food again was so delicious!!!!
Great little dinner that does an amazing breakfast! Good drinks and overall prices are ok for what you get! Definitely gets busy on the weekends for breakfast/brunch time, and parking is kind of a pain but it's worth the effort though.
This was our first time. Very good. Enjoyed 2 different versions of the matchbox, the omelette and the Benedict. Would love to try any of the entrees featuring gravalox or the chicken and waffles. We'll be back.
Great food. Had 3 items (hot chicken, French toast, biscuits and gravy). All were fantastic. Server was maybe a little less than thrilled to be there, but it's a Wednesday and day 8 of overcast and rain...so... understandable.
This is a cute diner with great service. I had the biscuits and gravy and it was the best biscuits and gravy I have ever had. They are made with handmade biscuits made daily and you can just feel the care that goes into them. So delicious.
Adorable little diner spot with classic comfort foods but definitely elevated and really yummy! They also have breakfast alll day which is my jam. I had the veggie skillet or scramble and my husband had the chicken sandwich. They were both really good! They were packed so make sure you make a reserv
Online Ordered a Cobb Salad with Chicken to go for lunch. It was ready for pick up right inside the door. Very very delicious.
Matchbox diner is a great little spot in Easttown. Rustic, with a warm ambiance... they serve a mix of hearty and tasty cuisine. We had the poutine to start off .. Crispy fries with a deep flavored gravy and fall apart roast beef! My wife had the best club sandwich either of us have ever tasted. I t
The "Vibes" in this place was EVERYTHING! Chill laid back restaurant with amazing fresh food. Upon stepping in the door myself and fiancé was greeted with warm smiles and great hospitality. Our waitress was new but pretty good with different appetizers selections. I would highly recommend this plac
The atmosphere in this teeny tiny diner is so stylish and cozy. Their pancakes may have been the best I’ve ever had. My boyfriend ordered the crème brûlée French toast and it was fantastic. He and I both agreed we can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu!
