This restaurant is very clean. The food is always excellent. Service was a little slow considering I was the only one inside! But everything was fabulous.

We called ahead because our son has Celiac disease. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and the guy who took our call shared his own experience with celiac disease, and outlined the precautions they planned to take when preparing our order. We were very impressed by their accommodations, empathy, and efficiency in preparing our order. Highly recommend!!

Place was very busy (12:15) but was able to order quickly and got our food fast. I would recommend this location.

This location was online only orders at this time (October 2021) which was fine by me since I had already placed my order online actually haha. So they just had all finished orders up front just inside the door. I didn't see mine, but an employee saw me come in and asked for my name. When I told him they were just finishing it up so he brought it over to me. Sandwiches were made really well too! Was a busy location at lunch but everyone was in and out quickly.

I've never had a bad sandwich from this Jimmy John's location. They greet everyone at the door as they talk in, and are friendly when taking orders. They make sandwiches quick! We order here frequently for work meetings and haven't had any problems with orders or delivery. This location has a drive through.

Great customer service and excellent turn around time for orders. As to be expected with Jimmy Johns. I'm deducting a star for the lack of touch less payments. It's really not a big deal, but it's the only location I've visited that doesn't support it. Make sure you bring a card or cash.

Worst service I've ever received. Employees didn't ask how may days been. Nor did they greet me when I entered the store. One of the employees said he wasn't very happy to see me. I think his initials are TK but there a lot of tk's out there. None the less would like to see some more respect out of you

Good love the peeps but price wise a foot long at Subway can be a better deal. This is totally the quality option. Subway is a solid 3 but I can eat 3's. Jimmy's loves my taste buds more

I love Jimmy John's!! The location in Cascade store #685 ROCKS!! It's an absolute pleasure to just walk in and watch the young people work. Today there were all young men. Do you know how hard it is to find a customer service establishment with today's youth working, especially young men, and ENJOYING their job? (if they're not, they hide it well) A wonderful change of pace, a wonderful place to eat and a virtual pleasure to be at. My family loves their food. Good choices and fast. For delivery, sometimes they don't spend enough time getting the order correct. It's always fast though.

They treat me like a special customer, not just the next person in line... they even remember my "favorite" sandwich, and make it just the way I like it. Doesn't feel like "fast food" even though they're freaky fast.
