Had a wonderful experience there. I’ve been getting down lately because of lack of manners from service industry workers when I am over the top nice to them up front. There are so many times that I say thank you multiple times with not only no response, but no acknowledgment that the service person is even interacting with a human being. What is happening to “treat others how you want to be treated”? Well let me just give massive praise to Sarah T! She was great and helpful and funny. She knows how to treat other humans in a retail setting. I’m sure she is just as nice outside of work too. It warms my heart that there are still good ones out there. Sarah T isn’t just good, she is legendary!!!!
I ordered from this location on Uber Eats this morning, and I must say, this is the most satisfying Taco Bell order I have received in years. Nothing seems slapped together or shortchanged on toppings, everything was packaged neatly and securely, and they even included a decent stack of napkins (I didn't even have to ask)! The Plainfield AM crew should take over training for the whole area because there's definitely some other locations that could take notes.
This is the best Taco Bell in the Grand Rapids area. I will intentionally drive out of my way to visit this location over any other.
The service here is consistently fast, accurate, and meets or exceeds brand standards. The food served is fresh, is served quickly, is consistent and accurate, and also meets or exceeds brand standards.
I love Taco Bell, I drive from coast to coast throughout the US and always seek out Taco Bell as a quick, cheap, and easy meal. Of the many dozens of Taco Bells I have visited, this location is in my top two.
Amy/Aimee had brightened our night and continues to do so when coming to Taco Bell. They are an uplifting and positive person who continues to do their job consistently and efficiently. We get excited when we have Amy to greet us. THANK YOU AMY!
The best Taco Bell in the whole state! They were not stingy with the ingredients, they loaded everything up and it was good as h*ck! Service was super fast, food was crazy good and tasted fresh and the lady working the drive thru was good looking as well! Ha! That’s all I ask for in my Taco Bell experience! It’s worth driving the entire length of michigan cuz it’s that good! They do not skimp out on food here! I will be coming back for sure!
I always have a great experience at this location. The team cares, and they do a great job. I drive past the location on Michigan Street by my house to go to this one instead. Keep up the good work.
This place is amazing. Literally the best costumer service I’ve ever received. Went through the drive through at 12am and ordered $58.78 worth of food… not only did it take them 3 minutes but it was also all correct. Along with friendly staff :) luv you guys ❤️
If you’re a reasonable, realistic human bean, you only expect so much when stopping at TBell. The staff tonight was so sweet, the food was on point, and they were speedy quick. 5 stars ✨
Hannah took care of our family very well, she explained they didn't have any beef at this hour and gave us many alternatives and was very kind.
