So thankful I got to try the new chicken and waffles coming to the menu. I am so glad you guys are back open and I have missed my loaded wedges! So delicious!!
It was our first time here so we really wasn't sure. The girls behind the counter were so nice and didn't rush us to make an order. We got the chicken gizzards omg delicious and I loved my lemon pepper fries we will definitely be returning for more.
I had lunch at Wing Haven today located at 2020 Eastern Avenue Southeast, this is a place with outstanding service, great food, very friendly working staff, I must say the gizzards loaded are absolutely fantastic, just seeing the smiles on the staffs faces, was worth the visit, I definitely suggests visiting Wing Heaven, thumbs up.
This place has great wings and sauce choices and the best prices in the area. Good combo deals and side options as well. My favorite wing spot!
I highly recommend this location.

I've been twice now, and I have had both the boneless and bone-in wings. These are, hands down, the best of both that I have ever had. The bone-in wings are the juiciest I've ever had, and the boneless wings are so tender yet crispy. The sauces are fantastic; my favorite so far, if I had to choose, has been the spicy bbq. The fries are hand cut and so good too! I love running them through the sauce under the wings. You can taste the love that the owner and her family put into every order prepared; don't pass this restaurant up for any other wings!
4 the price and fast service this place has a great selection of flavors and sauces and the chicken is extremely good cuts of meat cooked to how you want it. Cooked well done dry or more juicy wet. The fries are fine and have tons of options as well
Wings were great! But my chicken sandwich was not, the meat patty looked like it was deform, the chicken had a folded shape making it hard to eat I had to Literally rip the meat apart to eat the sandwich. Overall they have the best wings in GR.
I just moved here from Kalamazoo and this was my first Grand Rapids tasting and it blew my mind. I had the boneless wings with Fry's and fried cauliflower. My friend also had the cat fish and all were melt in your mouth delicious!!! I would definitely recommend this place but make sure you have time for fresh food. Everyone working there was very nice and it was a nice atomosphere. I will definitely be eating here again soon.
We went here after seeing a story about their other restaurant on WOOD TV. This one was more convenient. Not a fancy place, but clean and welcoming with tables, booths, and 2 TVs. The wings were big and juicy. We tried hot, hot garlic, garlic Parmesan, and lemon pepper. They were all good, but really liked the lemon pepper. Also had the gizzards,mushrooms, and fries. Friendly cook/proprietor.
Ordered online and picked up in 20 minutes on a Saturday night. Everything was very tasty. Especially like the heavenly honey wings. Also, the mango habanero sauce is better than any other wing places. 10/10 would totally recommend.
Went here with my dad and gotta say the wings are AMAZING. Really big servings and unlike most places, Wing Heaven does not charge extra for being boneless. The Hot BBQ wings I ordered hit the spot well and the kool-aid topped off my meal like whip cream over pie. Definitely will be stopping here again!
The girls who work the front counter are the best. NaeNae and I think (Destiny) are the nicest ever. Although there is one girl who is always short and rude. I won't put her name. I just simply don't order when she is working. Bad experience with her on the phone and in person more than once. So bad I didn't tip. And I always leave a generous tip. Food is always delicious and orders correct. Never had a bad experience besides the one mentioned.
Ordered 20 wings to-go last night - 10 hot, 10 lemon pepper. Woman who took my order recommended trying 5 lemon pepper wet, 5 lemon pepper dry. However, when we picked up the order we only had 5 hot and 15 lemon pepper dry, none lemon pepper wet. Even though the receipt attached to the box had the correct order listed. I drove all the way to Cascade before realizing the mistake otherwise I would have called or come back in. The chicken was cooked to perfection but was disappointed in the mix-up.

First visit today, I'm an avid fan of wings and have yet to find wings in GR that really satisfy. I can finally say I've found my go-to spot. My biggest issue with other wing joints is their focus on their sauces at the expense of the chicken. Too often, wing restaurants have small wing sizes, over cook their chicken or simply have dry meat. Wing Heaven has good chicken that is moist and can stand alone without any sauce. That alone would be enough to make them stand out. Fortunately though, their sauces also happen to be amazing. Great flavor, good heat, and well coated. I had the spicy garlic and honey heaven, two flavors I can't recommend enough. My only complaint was the lack of variety in types of wings provided. In my order of 15 wings, I had 14 drummies and but one flat. I'd like to see a more even mix of drummies and flats. In addition, the fries were soft and soggy. Having said that, the fries came with the wing meal and were not the reason I went there in the first place. Minus 1/2 star for poor wing variety and poor fries. That being said, I shall undoubtedly be returning! And if you're a wing fan, you should as well!
Edit: Since my initial visit three months prior, I have returned to nearly a dozen times. Since then my previous complaint of not enough variety in wing types has since been remedied. Both drummies and flats have since been present in equal quantities. Review since updated to 5-stars. Thanks Wing Heaven!
Well untill senseless less act of violence I would get a bunch of tenders can't wait till yall reopen best tenders in the area n hope there was no1 hurt hope to see yall open back up soon I miss my chicken from yall
Delicious!!!!! Got spicy BBQ, carribean jerk, and garlic parmesan. They were all so good! I can't wait to go back and try a few of the other flavors!!!
