Sitting here at Panera waiting on a client. This Panera and the employees should definitely be recognized. Beyond being kind and courteous to customers, I am so impressed with the way they have welcomed so many by name. They knew what several of their customers would order as they asked "will it be the usual, today?" I was even more impressed when a couple of older patrons came in and they took the time to talk to them, ask how they were doing and if they were feeling okay. Kudos to this franchise and their team.
