Great service! I'm not a huge fan of olive Garden since the removal of Steak Gorgonzola from its menu, but 2/3 of my kids love it. The staff is always friendly and quick! We got in line online, and the feature was true to it's predicted time frames. We had Jenna recently, and she was very kind. My son likes to be over the top classy and address the waitress directly. She listened to him with intent and I can tell it made his night! Thanks Jenna!
Service was a little off. Food was good as usual. Restaurant is really nice. The staff seemed confused on my wife making a take out order. Food came out but no change was brought. Had to ask for it. Still love Olive Garden 💚💯💯
This is one of my favorite Olive Gardens to go to! The staff are always kind, accommodating and prompt. We had Miss Maddy at our last visit and she is a gem! They always do their best and then some when we bring our 2yo twins.
Our server Caroline was amazing! The food was good and they had their never-ending soups and salad offer going on. The only complaint is that some of the food items we ordered were overly salty at this location. The bread sticks tasted like they were dipped & covered in excessive salt. We were tasting more salt than bread sticks. The same for one of the soups too. Everything else was good, especially the Fettuccine Alfredo with Crispy Fritta Chicken (I think that's the name of the dish). I will try eating here again. I just hope the food will not be so salty next time because I've never had that kind of experience at any other Olive Garden locations before.
Love going for soup and salad. Our service is always great, and since prices are great, we make sure to tip at least 30% since servers work their butts off and don't make a lot of money. Let's show our appreciation and support our servers. They have families to take of just like everyone else.
Our waitress's, Darlyn and Nadine, were AWESOME!!! I would give both of them more than 5 stars each if I could! They were both so attentive and friendly! The food, as always at Olive Garden, was delicious! And the building itself was the nicest Olive Garden I've ever been to. I recommend this particular location to anyone wanting a laid back, relaxing meal!
Me and my girl love this place! It is definitely one of our Top 3 places around town! We agreed that the food was really good and that the servers were all friendly and took good care of us.
It was about 60$ including the tip for our meals, well worth it though
10/10 we recommend, will be back soon!
The young man that served my daughter and my granddaughter and me was extremely nice, polite ,friendly, anything positive. I'll have to give it to this boy because they were packed and we were going there after we went swimming at the millennium Park. We ordered quite a bit for lunch and decided to take one home because it was only $6 as well, so we took two home. This waiter was very good at his job let me tell you I don't think I could have handled it as well as he did. Anyway, the food was excellent, the service was excellent, and the only reason I gave the atmosphere four stars is because the way the table was next to my booth. I had this boy kicking his booth, but it felt like it was kicking me in the back and we were practically sitting on top of one another with the table that was next to us.
Emily did a wonderful job taking care of us. The food was perfect (we did the soup and salad). The dessert was amazing!
Was honestly surprised about how great the food was! The salmon was buttery and flaky. It was also seasoned well with a good crust. My girlfriend got the gluten free pasta and she really liked it! I tried it too and I couldn’t even tell it was gluten free because it tasted so good. The bread sticks and salad were just like I remembered when I was last here as a kid.
Our server Trent was really nice and provided great customer service. He said he was trying to get a promotion, which he totally should get because he exemplifies how to provide the best quality customer service.
Food all delicious! Grace did a great job too! Too bad I got the email for free appetizers or dessert AFTER our visit as we had 4 entrees & bought 2 desserts. Didn't look at my phone once we went into restaurant.
Absolutely love everything about this place! The food is always delicious and we have never had bad service here. No matter the occasion Olive Garden has accomidated us well. We have come in small and large groups. Busy or relaxing times and no complaints. We live in Holland MI and it's worth the short drive for great food and service.

I go to OG a lot in different locations and none have given me the perfect pasta, mushroom and sauce ratio like this OG in Grandville Mi Very impressed and well done!!
We hadn't been to an OG in around a year and we were pleasantly surprised by the combination of value and quality of the food here. The salad had fresh looking and tasting ingredients as did the main courses. We had the Marsala fettuccine and the chicken and broccoli fettuccine and we both loved our entrees. The breadsticks were fresh and flavorful too. Our server was very friendly and accommodating despite it being a very busy Friday night. It reminded us that some chains are very much worth visiting from time to time.
It was ok. Service was good. The place does a good business. Get on the waiting list thru the web site. It works well. Show up about ten minutes before the estimated wait time. They text your phone when your table is ready. Food was ok. I had chicken parmigiana. Chicken was preprocessed Patties and not made from scratch. The sauce was good. Loved the salad. For a chain restaurant it was what I expected. Go with the house wine. It was good.
