Yesterdays visit was awesome! Friendly staff, not too long for our yummy food, and I loved how attentive our waitress was (she always kept our drinks coming once she seen we were getting empty) I finally tried something new other than my favorite cheeseburger w/ french fries. The Avo-cobb-o Salad was very filling and delicious! Only suggestion would be to have fries available at all times. We did have to wait a bit for another serving of fries (which I thought were bottomless--but we did see the bottom of our plate...lol jk) Thank you Red Robin Grandville. :)
Our server a young man named Matt was such a gentleman, very good, suggested my build your own sandwich because of things I can't have. Such a delight for us 4 ladies. 👍👍
Red Robin is so awesome for having a free burger and fries for teachers and school employees. The meal was excellent, as always considering they were moving hundreds of people through their. Great staff and easily to get along with. Definitely will go back.
Food was tasty. The bottomless fries need to be more per serving. They used to give a nice basket now you get very few and have to ask for them, not exactly what you expect. They could do better with this. Keeping drinks filled is another ding for our visit. Our server was really nice! Burgers tasted very flavorful. Over all will go again.
Excellent place for any kind of burger that you can imagine! This place usually has a shorter wait than most of the nearby restaurants due to their higher seating capacity and speedy service. They do have some non-burger options for the non-burger weirdos out there 😉 But burgers are their bread and butter. Some of my favorites are the “black and bleu” and “whiskey river bbq” burgers.
We love this Red Robin. we only come to this one because Ashley she is such an amazing waitress. We appreciate all her hard work! If you come here please ask for her she works over in the bar area!
Usually fast to be seated. Where they sit you makes all the difference in how fast service is. I find if they sit you by the bar, service is slower due to the waiter being the bartender. Besides that good food. The portion of fries they bring out is always small. I recommend the reds Chili Chili, delicious!
Fast service, good burgers and lots of non-alcoholic drink options. A bit pricey for burgers $13.49-$15.00+ range, but definitely quality ingredients. Our waitress was nice and very attentive. She refilled our drinks before we needed to ask.
We had an amazing experience at this particular Red Robin. Our hostess and server were absolutely fantastic. Big shout out to GRACIE and KEN. Gracie was super nice and very attentive and offered her advice when we asked for. Ken was really nice to.
Food as always was good but the 5 star rating is only because for the Amazing, caring and sweet staff.

I love the avo cob salad! My husband loves any of the cheese burgers! You really can't go wrong with any of the burgers. There are many options for kids! My kids' favorite go-to meal is the mac n cheese and chicken strip.
The campfire sauce is an experience and and adventure for the tastebuds! The oreo peppermint shake perfect for the season. Staff were both efficient and socialized with guests. A restaurant wrapped in a wholesome atmosphere.
The food was amazing. You can't really beat the endless fries. It was super busy, and the service was kind of poor because of it. Unfortunately, I saw the manager sitting on their cellphone the entire night not helping. Loud environment, but it fits the restaurants ambiance well.

It was clear that they were either going through a rush or they were short staffed, but the service was still great as well as the food. I got the Guacamole Bacon burger, which had the guac spread thick on it to create a really delicious sandwhich. Even when the entire restaurant seemed stressed from whatever the source was, the waitresses were very friendly and welcoming. Overall a very good experience!

Under any other circumstances, this review might have a star or two fewer. More of a "meh". Tables have to request silverware. Our party (four adults) ordered four burgers with "endless fries". One (1) small basket of cold fries was placed in the middle of the table between the couples. It was kinda' awkward. :P
Despite the overall experience, their redemption comes from how FEW people they have working were toughing it out to make things happen. The 25-minute wait wasn't for a table (there were plenty empty) but for the staff to keep up.
We thanked our server for his willingness to work and tipped gratefully.
