Line out the door, but kiosks we’re available for ordering with no wait. Southwestern Caesar salad was big and delicious. Plenary of seating even at lunch.

I'd just like to put out there the absolute respect I have for the employees here. After an unsavory experience with a pickup order on UberEats, I came back after school after not getting my order, just to ask if there was anything they could do, as a last ditch type of thing to not be down money. They not only Re-made my order in full, but apologized for something that wasn't even their fault, and were nice, professional, and just anazing while doing it. You all are fantastic, and are genuinely the nicest workers out there. Much love.

Coffee was completely out. I asked one of the workers (wearing a green bow - didn’t get her name- for saint patricks day) and she took care of it immediately! They were slammed with customers at the time so I was surprised at their responsive customer service. Love it. I really like this Panera. 3/17

Amazing atmosphere. I go here with my mentor. My only complaint is the prices, which are too high for what they sell.

First and foremost I want to say that the food and cashier were absolutely amazing! I think this was the 2nd time ever me stepping foot inside of a Panera Bread in my 43 years, and I couldn't believe how great the food and service was. Dietary restrictions caused me not to have the bread for the breakfast sandwich, but all I really wanted was the sausage, cheese, and over easy egg. Cashier Tracy according to my receipt was so understanding and when I got my food, it was spot on and so good. Please extend my gratitude to Tracy. I really hope the name on the receipt matched who took my order. Then throughout the morning (I had to work from here until noon) Tracy continued to provide the same level of service as my first time. What a breath of fresh air in the industry nowadays. I will say however that the building itself is dated and just kind of okay. For example, working remotely from my laptop, the outlet I was plugged into is a fire hazard. It's loose and wobbly when I tried to plug in my cord, and the electrical was intermittent at best. You guys need to get an electrician to look at your outlets before something serious happens. I don't feel safe ever plugging into that outlet again. Absolute shame because the food was good and Tracy was amazing.
