Jet's Pizza, always good. Never had a bad pizza from this location Even though they were busy, I still got my pizza in under 20 minutes and, I love their barbecue chicken pizza. And was able to save an additional 15% off by using their call in pizza bot.
Got pizza and wings - both were pretty good. Delivery took a little bit. Not the best Jet’s I’ve had, but nowhere near the worst.
I'm traveling for work and never had "Detroit" Style pizza. I had high expectations but was disappointed. Was the pizza good? Absolutely! But it wasn't anything different than I could get in Kansas. Delivery was on time. No complaints other than I could get the same thing from Pizza Hut or Little Caesars.
I placed an order last week and food was delicious but also made a request for something to be drawn on the box. Whoever drew the Michigan Spartan on the box you are an amazing artist and it made mine and my boyfriend's night! Thank you and the food was delicious as always.
Each location is different. Each side of town has different management. One location could sell you old slices (not this one) and another could have slices that will get you coming back for more. It all comes down to who’s running the place. Each side of town has their own personalities so the service will vary. But they all have one thing in common: great food.

Lissa listened and executed thoughtfully! I explained to her that my daughter was a vegetarian that is absolutely paranoid about meat touching her food. Since I ordered a split pizza, Lissa was meticulous in it's preparation to make sure my 1/2 with pepperoni didn't touch my daughter's side. She went over and beyond to make sure the pizza cutter didn't touch meat.
She is beyond sweet to talk to and deserves the utmost praise for being so kind and accommodating!
Lastly, the pizza was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfect based on a flavoring recommendation Lissa gave.

Like so many other Jets Pizzas, this place was clean, organized, and over all friendly. Once again I can't begin to tell you how much I hated the autobot. I couldn't figure out how to pass it. An once again upon arrival the staff wasn't bogged down like it was saying. When I asked about how busy they were, they had to look at the one order in hot box. Not how many orders they had to fill. Or who might of been on phone taking the next order. So yeah, That autobot is worthless. The staff didn't say a thing about autobot, just listen to me vent. An I don't mean in a laughing way, or in a agreeing way. She just smiled like. I don't know what to say, so as long as he don't get loud i'll just play off his attitude. Like a flirt almost. She could have defended the stores choices, but instead she just remained neutral. I even ended up sharing candy I bought from Aldis, while waiting for order to be cooked. . After I left eating in my car passenger, I exclaimed that my pizza tasted like more. So yummy. So once again Jet's has earned my praise. So If the management of Jet's is reading this, Hats off to my overall experience.
Some of the best pizza that you can ever get. Deep dish is amazing. Hand tossed is great. Thin crust is beyond good. Wings and subs are superb. Salad options are exceptionally fantastic. And don't get me started on the breadstick options. Pure amazingness. Plus, if you have a wrong order here, they're right on top of fixing it. One of the best jet's locations out there.
They are currently very understaffed. If you use the website to order it will automatically tell you it will take 45 minutes regardless of staffing or quantity of orders. Order pick-up if you can, especially as they have no means of contacting their drivers. I feel as though Jet's corporation might have put this particular franchise in a bad spot by not providing its drivers with basic communication that most places have, correct online delivery estimates, and not paying enough so they can staff properly. The staff is nice enough and the food is good but service takes too long for delivery.
I don't leave positive reviews. Until today. I placed an online order, picked it up, and left. On my way home yet, they called, and said they gave me the wrong pizza, had a new order in already, and would deliver it asap. 15 minutes pry. Well done in my opinion. Made a mistake, and before I even opened the box, made it right. I think the manager guy that delivered it was Mike.... but i could be wrong and i apologize. Outstanding customer service in my opinion.
