First time ever trying Potbelly Sandwich Shop it was amazing! The sandwich was packed full of toppings and the staff was very patient with me as I was unsure of what to order since it was my first time ever trying it. They even brought my sandwich to me. Such a great place I will for sure try them again.
First time we ate at Potbelly Sandwich shop , we stop on our way to a Detroit Tiger's game. It is a great sandwich shop. Great food and staff.

This afternoon around 2pm I brought my daughter with me to get some lunch. Not only did the employees interact with her and listen as she placed her own order they acted just like she meant more than just another order. As we were finishing up one of the male employees brought my daughter a cookie. This was the sweetest thing I've ever seen. My 3 year old daughter now has her first crush on "her sandwich guy" as she calls him. Just thought everyone should know how amazing these workers are. I will be returning!! Thank you so much for making a little girls day!! �
Pretty good food, a little different but still good comfort food. Enjoyed trying something new. Customer service was great. Relaxed atmosphere.
Was about $30 for a soup and small sandwich combo, an original size sandwich with Chips, and 2 regular sized fountain drinks. The bread was particularly good, and though seemingly small portioned, our meals were very filling.
Excellent sandwiches and freshly made. Friendly staff. Highly recommend for lunch or a quick bite to eat for dinner.
Pretty decent place to get a sandwich. Service was top notch. The food was dry but good flavor. Got a shake and felt it was the most expensive cup of milk I have gotten. The brownie was amazing. Strong cocoa flavor
In town for business. Had delivery from this place using a food delivery service. Their sandwiches were VERY good. We really enjoyed them. I had A Wreck and it was very tasty.
Will definitely have more again before we leave.
The big man made me a pizza melt on white bread that blew my socks off!!! Sauteed mushrooms, white onion, meatballs, Peperoni, pizza sauce. Omg! Seriously that was a 10/10 sandwhich. I appreciate it. Now into this broccoli cheddar.
The Ring of Fire sub and the Chicken Club are both spot on!! The Ring of Fire had just the right amount of heat!!!

My hubby and I had great sandwiches here today (Mediterranean and the Beef). The cold brew shake was delicious too! Plus, great service. We will be back.
I went in for the first time about a month ago because a neighboring burger joint was rude to me about how I was trying to pay using Google Pay. When I walked in I was greeted and was ensured that I was going to eat regardless if the cardless pay method would work or not. (It did end up working) Great prices especially for a such a fantastic crew who are trained to the T.
I return at least once a week now after that. Great work Potbelly Crew.
8/27 whoever the girl was starting orders in the beginning was absolutely so nice! I had never been to potbelly before and she was so kind to me and helped me through everything with grace, even after realizing how the process was actually quite easy, she was still super nice. Thank you! #iunvb
