Service was speedy and exactly how I wanted it! Asked fir extra cheddar and 2 sides of red ranch.... actually got it!!! Food was on point frfr!!!
Service was fine and the wait for the food was short. I can't believe how expensive it is to get food there. Definitely not budget friendly
Had to go through the drive thru since the inside was closed. We ordered curly fries and nuggets and asked for them to be fresh. They gave us deliciously hot food. The only knock was that they dumped a bunch of cold nuggets underneath the hot ones
I had the Chicken, bacon swiss. It was the best sandwich I've had in a very long time. Randy the cook really outdid himself, & Caleb Greeted me with a nice smile and was knowledgeable with the questions I had for him. Its very clear that Ashley has a very good, & hard working crew.
We went inside to order and eat it. Food was tasty and the restaurant was neat and clean
Got our food quickly, Arby's food as usual was good. Arby's is definitely one of the best fast food restaurants.

Earlier I came through and my order was misunderstood so anyway I called and the two gentleman working the front window (one was the manager) were incredibly amazing! I was surprised for one they answered the phone and I live a short distance so I drove back and they fixed it and were apologetic. They kept asking if they could do anything else. I was incredibly impressed for fast food. I never have issues with the Jenison/Grandville location anyway. Times are tough right now so give them both some good raises! They deserve it!
The food is good and fresh. The service was prompt and friendly. The restaurant was somewhat clean, but the bathrooms we're filthy!

Great food and service but if possible please turn the lights off when you’re closed. I get excited for the meats when I see your sign and drive through both lit up, only to sit in the drive through for hours before realizing y’all are closed.
Food was good & fast & great service BUT price has gotten ridiculous! $10.58 for a sandwich and mozzarella sticks? Seems really overpriced. Thank God we didn't get a drink too! We'd need to take out a personal loan!
