Though Jimmy John’s is not my go to for deli sandwiches, you can’t beat their lettuce wraps. I really enjoy the Italian night club. My husband prefers the Jimmy Cubana. Neither us are a fan of their bread, but that is any Jimmy John’s.
Worker listened carefully and got my unusual order correct! Both of us quite happy! Tasty chicken!
We had take out, so can't comment on atmosphere. The subs were excellent. The bread is a little harder than other sandwich places.
This Jimmy John’s is by far the BEST ever!!! We order regularly for our office, and it’s always fast and awesome. The one time we had a small misunderstanding, the manager Tyler handled everything with the utmost care and professionalism. We adore ALL of the delivery drivers, but Bryan deserves a extra big shout out. He is ALWAYS so cheerful and outgoing. He remembers all of us and never fails to leave us with a smile. Today, they even drew pictures for us on our sandwiches!! Keep up the awesomeness, we’ll never switch!!
Always fast, especially if you use their mobile app. I especially like the #11 as an unwich (no bread) for us Keto dieters.
Had a great experience today! Walked in to order my usual (number 12 with no cucumbers and cookies) and was immediately recognized by the man at the register as a regular (maybe I'm going too often haha)! The kind lady behind him was incredibly cheerful and made my sandwich freaky fast!!! I'm not sure but I think he called her Kelly. Store might not have been sparklingly clean but the people are great and they've got that freaky fast mentality!!!!
Not sure who the manager is, but you Sir are awesome, and your staff! I messed up and placed my order for the wrong address. They called and asked if my order was at the right address. The driver went and got the order from the wrong house and brought it to mine. Once I got the phone call I figured it was a lost cause - order was probably gone in my mind. Surprised me though. This place is top notch. I hope this goes up the line to corporate. Your staff and management is great. Keep it going everyone!
I'm such a big fan of this location. Not once has my order been wrong! I've recently been put on medications that make me crazy nauseous and the slim 4 with cheese has been saving my life. Back when I worked at a JJ's the slim 4 was my go to hangover food, and now it's my go to food while I adjust to these meds! I've ordered twice in the last two days and this location gave me a free sub card today. Y'all are great

I accidentally gave the wrong number for delivery, so they couldn’t contact me to get into my building and the sandwich was brought back to JJs. When I called they were super nice and remade the sandwich bringing it back free of charge :)
We call this place "ol' reliable". Freaky fast service at the drive thru window and delicious to boot. Highly recommend the #7 unwich (which is completely gluten free by the way).
My coworkers and I order from here all the time. We always get Brian and he has AMAZING customer service!!!! I can't recall a time when he has delivered to us and he didn't have a GIANT smile on his face or engaged us in friendly conversation. He has the best energy and he always brightens our day! I previously left a review that reflect a couple of imperfect experiences. I will say, this team has gone above and beyond to make it right. I cant rave enough about the positive attitudes they have had even during difficult conversations. My company uses this location for quick deliveries and accurate orders. I highly recommend this location! The manager has exceeded my expectation time and time again. I really appreciate the hard work and compassionate staff. People arent themselves when they are hungry. JIMMY JOHNS IN GRANDVILLE makes sure people dont stay hungry. Super quick delivery. Highly recommend. Thank you staff (especially night time staff!) You freaking rock!
This place is amazing! The workers were very helpful with helping us choose sandwiches and even offered to give us a box to carry the sandwiches. Very great experience!
Quick and helpful service, employees were working on a sudden line of customers and handled everything professionally and quickly. Food was great and the store was clean and comfortable. Convenient location and easy in and out when we needed a quick meal.
