This location has changed and is performing at its ultimate level. Fast- polite- speedy- service, wirh hot, fresh great quality food!
We wanted food and went to MCdonalds but to no avail. They were closed. We had just seen a great movie staring the one and only Tom Cruise and we needed sustenance. So pulling out our devices we found Wendy’s. We ordered and they served us. Though the clock read 11:44 we were served delicious food. Lovely service as well.
Associate Tony went above and beyond with service due to me having to wait for my fresh chicken sandwich! You don’t see that everyday, really appreciate him! Thank you!
Jennifer was so nice and kind! She made sure all of our food was fresh and helped my friend pick which lemonade she wanted. We hope she’s here next time we come!
I got the wrong order at Wendy’s on Michigan street. On my way to work at rivertown mall I stopped into this Wendy’s and the manager gave me a replacement for free even though not his Wendy’s. Also offered me a free beverage. This is great customer service and I’ll go out of my way to come back to this Wendy’s. Great place!
When not over cooked and dry they make a great sandwich. Some restraunts are better than others.
This is good Wendys to go too. its usually really busy at lunch time because of the school down the road. I love their 2 for $6 meal deal, spicy chicken is the best sandwich to get. ONE THING I DISLIKE IS THE PICKLES!!! Why do they taste like bread and butter?
Went there yesterday for dinner, I feel sorry for them. It always seems they are short staffed, especially around dinner time. They try so hard to get the orders out as fast as possible. Who does scheduling needs to schedule better in my opinion. Other than that staff did a great job with the people they had. Food was hot had my dipping sauce and the soda pop tasted good as well. The young lady who worked front counter greeted me quickly and with a smile. My day wasn't going very well until she greeted me, made me smile and made me forget about my problems even just for a short while. Thank you very much for making my day a little brighter for a short while.
This location is now under new management. We stopped visiting this location because it was slow, dirty, and unfriendly. Now it's completely the opposite.
If you avoid this location like we did, it's time to give them another shot...you won't be disappointed!
A good wendy's to hit off i-196. The nuggets were on the cusp of great.
Always choose Dave. Lots of fast food out there but Wendy's is always a good choice. Always fresh fries made with real potatoes and sea salt.

Excellent food and amazing staff, the environment is awesome and the entire experience is pretty great!
Only bad part of this is that the drive through sometimes mixes orders up but it's not hard to communicate and help eachother get it right. They were extremely helpful and we did get the entire order correct in the end!
