Honestly all of these people had bad experiences or were just crabby. When I went there it took 10 minutes, but a really good meal. I got the double mozza burger, and damn that was a really good burger. My drink came with ice, and the food wasn’t cold at all. No complaints.
Their food is so good! I love the fries from there! Also, the customer service is great, there are two guys who always provide the perfect customer services and always remember you. It can get busy but it’s very good.
Love the blended root beer float shake! And the cheese curds were great!
Staff were working hard and I appreciated the young man expediting the orders. He was quick, efficient, and loud enough so you could actually hear what order was up on the counter in such a busy mall.

Located in the food court of Rivertown Mall A&W does a great job providing their signature food. The staff is quick and helpful. Food may take a little longer to serve than the other places in the food court but their are doing an amazing job preparing it for each customer at a time. I'm taking one

Helpful staff, good food, BUT they are supposed to have a separate fryer for fries and THEY DO NOT KEEP IT GLUTEN FREE. This has been the case the past two times I've eaten there.
My kids really like their food. They get it every time we go to rivertown mall. I don't get pork or beef so I haven't never had their food before.
