I love Dante's. From a private room with our family to celebrate the Christmas season together, the patio on beautiful simmer nights with live entertainment, the porch for a lazy fun lunch with girlfriends. Food is great, service is friendly, respectful and good. I am so happy they are in Great Falls. When I go I feel like I have just taken a trip to italy.

Great food, atmosphere and staff. We ask for a patio table when the weather is right. Always a great experience!

Usually come for dinner with a large party, however this time was lunch date for two always awesome food homemade pasta and love the bread they make. It is slightly pricey but the portions are good for the cost.

Great restaurant. Food is always being reinvented. Sauces make you want to lick your plate. Set in a beautiful old home in Great Falls. Dining areas are set up so that you can hear your guests speak. During the summer, their outside patio with live music is the place to be seen in GF.

Had a very nice retirement Dinner here a week or so ago. It was very nice. The gravy on the oso bucco was great too salty for my tastes though. All the other food was good and service was exemplary.

After a day of meetings my CEO brought his direct reports to dinner to unwind . For many years I have not been a fan of Italian food but that has slowly changed so now I know what to order and enjoy. This restaurant is in Great Falls very close to route 7 and Reston. Slightly tucked away in a corner you have to drive around and in as we found out when we all called Ubers to take us back home. Very nice inside atmosphere we were provided a room for of us which provided an intimate setting with a bar. For appetizers we had the calamari, mozzarella, Torretta and of course bread and oil. With green olives. All very tasty . For main courses it varied from the sole special which I had and was awesome cooked to perfection. Others had the lobster tail , veal, lamb chops . All enjoyed their food. For dessert cannoli and Pannacciulli cotta. Wine of course which accompanied the meal. Very quaint inside and I have several pictures. A definite recommend .

Usually get the risotto and shrimp, but this night it tasted like it was reheated, not as fresh as usual. My husband had tuna, and said it was delicious. The service was fantastic.

Nice atmosphere. Indoor and out. Seated on patio, on a beautiful evening with band playing jazz which helped. Lots of good bread to munch on at start which is always two thumbs up from me. Good strong mojito, veal chop good, calamari good. Overall, atmosphere great , food good and nothing was way overpriced.

The Dante of today is much different from the Dante from 18 years ago. Under new/revamped management, it's casual, friendly, serviced with Italian attitude & accent (in a good way), and affordable for high-end fresh Italian classics. The 5-star rating is solidified based on the food. First and major point, each item we ordered tasted like it was made from scratch as Italian cuisine is touted to be. Second, the desserts made in-house are spectacular, fresh, and unmatched (.... that's right, can't even find anything this fresh or vibrant at any Tyson's Italian place). Specifically, the ***** panna cotta ***** is ridiculously and shockingly delicious .... and super addictive!!!!!!! OK OK.... the panna cotta is so fresh, it jiggles (LOL). If we are in the vicinity, we will likely be stopping by for the desserts to start.

You can't beat the elegance or quality of the food and wine here. My waiter wasn't very knowledgeable about Celiac disease but he brought the chef in to talk to me about my choices and I had a lovely meal.

I will definitely come here again and try their salmon. The rockfish was absolutely awful but the service was good. The wine was great.

What an absolute fantastic restaurant. Our food was excellent, and prices were not too high. Our server was outstanding. Only small complaint is that they were out of a few wines.

We had a lovely time with wonderful food and service. The atmosphere is really neat with the different seating areas of the house. It's a treat to be able to use a historic building and preserve its heritage.

My family have been there for lunch and dinner at the outdoor seating. The environment is very beautiful. I love the eggplant dish for lunch. We ordered different salmon dishes, steak and swordfish for dinner . They are all well prepared. We brought our own cake. The waiter served the cake without extra charge. Will go back for sure.

Very good and creative Italian restaurant. With a careful and high quality service is very good restaurant. Must try. I had the opportunity to try most of the food options in a weekly lunch with friends and all the appetizers and entrees are very good. So far the only miss is a main streak plate. The seafood plates are extremely good! The Sea Food pasta is off the menu, but worth asking for.

Food is excellent. The service is great as well. Try the pasta with board sauce or any of the ravioli. Cocktails are ok, but will not do them again. Too pricey; not impressive enough. The included bread and the olive oil are worth the price of admission by themselves. The outdoor sitting and music are so nice and soothing. Try the limoncello at the end.
