Just ate there for the first time. The food was fresh not as heavy as typical Asian fast food. We had teriyaki chicken and spicy chicken. Both were really good. We were stuffed once we had eaten half of our bowls. The sauces are gluten free and there are a lot of options such as all veggies instead of rice and tofu instead of meat.
This place has amazing food, yes, but I would completely put that at second place and rank it's customer service's number 1. The owner himself is out cleaning tables and interacting with the customers. This is a great addition to Great Falls, probably now my very favorite place to eat.
It honestly confuses me seeing bad reviews because I’ve dinned in & taken out handfuls of times since the grand opening & have literally never had a bad meal! Not only is the food delicious but the staff completely makes the experience!!! You can tell the owner loves to take care of their customers & expects nothing less of his employees!

My husband and I had lunch today at Teriyaki Madness. It was our first visit. I had the Chicken Teriyaki plate with white rice and stir fry veggies. It was so delicious. The chicken was juicy and perfectly cooked. The rice and veggies were awesome. My husband had the Beef Teriyaki plate with fried rice and stir fry veggies. He isn't a teriyaki fan, but absolutely loved his meal. Great service. Will definitely go back.
First time eating there today, it's amazing! I got the spicy chicken plate with fried rice and veggies. Everything was cooked perfect! Asked for mild spicy and that's exactly what I got I was amazed! Absolutely love that the owner is right there helping with anything and everything that's what makes a business thrive! Great customer service will definitely be going back!

The chicken was very tender and the veggies, noodles and sause were perfect combo on the taste buds. Employees personable, helpful and the owner brought us a sample of different meat! DEFINATELY worth conning back
Excellent food and service. The price is a bit higher than you would expect for fast food, but this isn't really fast food. Huge portions, fresh vegetables and salads, and healthy options like brown rice, make Teriyaki Madness stand out!

I have had the spicy chicken, teriyaki chicken and chicken katsu. All of them were very good! My favorite is probably the spicy chicken. Friendly staff and clean restaurant, this place is quickly becoming my wife and I's go to place.
So amazed by the poppyseed dressing for the salad, and the chicken teriyaki bowl was to die for
So I brought a bowl of teriyaki home to my gluten-free daughter and she looked at me like I was mad (get it?). She looked at me like I can't eat this. When I told her every part of the combo was gluten free her eyes lit up. Needless to say she was happy, and it checks all the marks for me. Great food, good portions, reasonable prices make this five stars in my book.
Great food. Had an issue with our order, and it was fixed immediately. My only complaint is the wait time. I ordered online and arrived early so my food wasn't ready. While waiting they brought out a completed order and placed it on a shelf. It turns out that order was mine and it took them around 10-15 minutes to realize that. Other than that we have always had awesome food from here.
Being able to see the food being made is a delight, the options are easy and simple to choose, that makes my meal that much more pleasant. The only one in town so it is a little gold mine here in Great Falls MT.
So, since you asked.. I can drink the ginger salad dressing, have not had it for sometime. I added a star the 5th will be when i get to have ginger salad dressing
Food was really great, everyone in the family enjoyed it. Loved the energetic atmosphere of the place and the employees. They also have this totally innovative utensil called chork(chopstick + fork) which is a first for us. Totally recommended.
Our first time we went to Teryikai Madness was great. The food was delicious, and the sauces were great. Tonight when we went, the chicken is still really good, but they forgot to include any sauces at all. Still delicious, just wish it had some sauces.
