Upfront the cashier never smiled, acted like he was put out to help us. The place was extremely dirty. We even questioned if we should cancel the order. Watched another worker throw every single piece of food in our box with no care. Plain horrible service. Only got a couple pics
I ordered 2 $20 chicken meals extra crispy and got 2 $20 chicken meals original style. Do you not know how to read an order or put order in system correctly. Worst customer service I have seen in Great Falls. Most don't look happy that they are there and lack customer service skills. They treat you like an inconvenience. It takes a long time for food to come out even when they are slow. This place has gone downhill.
Bad customer service, food was not cooked completely or had been sitting out for longer than it should. They spit in food, they throw garbage at patrons in their drive-thru. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Absolutely the worst service and horrid food with two long stray black hairs!! I’m blonde! The employees could not have been more disrespectful. Definitely will never be returning and I advise anyone and everyone to take your business elsewhere as well.
