Customer service was great, it's a small shop but very friendly. They didn't have what I was looking for on the shelves, it was very limited but as far as coffee is concerned that would be made to order and they did have bottled drinks available. But they didn't have a lot on the shelves by way of donuts or other pastries.
The donut was good. Everything was good but the tables were a little dirty.
Nice that there is parking available place was okay would go back again
The lady there is so nice, donuts are always fluffy, the place is always clean. To be on a main roadway too.

They gave me a cup of coffee but it was up to me what I did with it. Never in my adult life have I been given such a daunting responcibillity. Shall I break open it's foam cup prison and drink it's juice and absorb its energy, or do I just pour the coffee in my fist and hone my abillity to withstand my long time enemy, pain. The choice was obvious...
Very friendly and helpful staff. Wasn't sure what I wanted to eat and the staff were able to suggest a few items to try off the menu. Staff came by my table to see if everything was ok with the food. I will definitely stop by again for my coffee, cold drinks, pastry and sandwich needs.
We came here to buy breakfast before heading upstate. The lady ask if I wanted steamed milk in my coffee after I specifically asked for cream.
Sunday morning, got my coffee and as soon as I got to my car my hand slipped and threw the coffee on my car, walked back in to buy another one, the barista was so nice and gave me another one free, such a nice gesture, definately will come back again more

This place in Great Neck is more than excellent it goes above all speculation do people serve you always greet you with a smile I definitely would be there soon as possible
It’s the only Dunkin’ Donuts I go to, its convenient and on my way to work! They are the nicest to deal with always a smile and very cheerful.
