What has happened to Noodles and Company?? Just ordered through a delivery service (quick & on time) the Japanese Pan Noodle with steak...barely any sauce or the sauce that was on there, the noodles completely soaked up. Noodles & steak are completely gummy and gross. This is not edible by any means
The food here is always popular with our family. We went here on a Friday night and the dining room was about 15% full. Half of the dining room was closed off. We ordered take out and were served fast.
It used to be one of our favorites spots for a decent lunch at a decent price. But 2 of the last 4 times I went there - something was wrong. Stuff missing from our take out order - or waiting 20 minutes to pick up an order that was actually cooling off in the takeout area - with no real concern show
Good Gluten-free option. Make sure you let the person taking your order know your need for dietary restrictions. Food was made quick and restraunt was clean, staff was friendly.
There’s something wrong with the order literally every single time I order and they’re never responsive or try to fix the problem.
