I placed an order on line, paid for it, and was told it would be ready by noon. My wife was in the store at noon and the staff was very rude and told her my order was on the bottom of the list and will not be ready for another 50 minutes! The restaurant was full but there was no one at the count

Was unsure of what to think of this place… but tried it for the first time today and I’m really impressed. So much better than Subway or Cousins. Didn’t have anything special, just the “Hook & Ladder” but it was perfect. My new favorite sandwich. Chili could be better… but not complaining.
Amazing food. Fast & friendly staff. The guy who took our order even gave us suggestions. We will definitely be back.
Every time I go my food is always awesome. Never had a bad experience there. The firehouse hero is 10/10
Brisket is my favorite sub, but there are many good subs here. I love rounding up to help first responders as well.
Great subs, quality breads and ingredients. Service is fun and full of attention to the details. Counter ordered, table delivered and the place is kept clean.
