Ashley was our cashier and was very friendly and helpful to both of us. We had questions about the build your own lasagna and she was great!
I had gone to fazolis today and I had karra as the employee whom brought out our food. She was a genuine and wonderful young lady. I would like to see her more often. Good job and thank you karra for a meal to remember � cant wait to come back to this location soon.

Decided to go to Fazollis to bring home supper tonight.... waited by the speaker for 15 mins with several cars in front of me so I assumed they were just busy... well after the cars started to line up behind me and disappear in front of me. I said hello??? They didn't even know I was there :( I ordered $27 worth of food and got to the window... they gave me my total and I asked if I could get a discount for waiting so long for my order to be taken... The manager came over and did something to the register... starts handing me my drinks I said what do I owe... she said you owe nothing :) awe!!! Thanks Fazollis!!! Outstanding customer service!

Our sports team always loves coming here. Food choices are great and the service is excellent. Always lots of breadsticks to go around, which we all love. Looking forward to coming back in the future.
Haven't been in a long time but the breadsticks were phenomenal and the service was good too! The prices aren't too high but also not cheap either. Overall for 650 the lunch special was very satisfying along with the 11 breadsticks I devoured. Oh and the silverware is prepackaged so you don't have to worry about getting gross utensils. Glad the dining room is back open!!!
We were greeted by a very friendly cashier that took our order. We received our order pretty fast and were even offered shredded cheese. Every worker was friendly and courteous and they even went out of their way to box up 2 orders to go after I forgot to tell them it was to go. I was really impressed and satisfied!!!
charlie was a very polite cashier who was very funny also he had a smile on his face the whole time overall great guy. chloe our server was a very nice girl who would check up on us and get my table whatever we needed. suggest this place over any other fazolis because of the family friendly service and polite young workers.
The have a family deal! 32.00! It feeds 7 of us. And the food is hot and ready pretty quick! If you don't wanna wait 30 -60 minutes at another Italian joint, then this is the place. And the customer service is a A+
Dining room was clean - lots of space. They brought a plate of bread sticks the 4 of us shared. Staff was pleasant and happy to see us - dining inside, so a destination for parents tired of eating in the car / take home or eating outside.
