I ordered me and my boyfriend 2 combo subs we each got a drink and a bag of chips i also ordered a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. it said our order would be arriving within the next 50 minutes . we called after it had been an hour and they said there wifi went down and they had a bunch of orders she said she would get to us in about 15 minutes. about 15 minutes later we received our order. in one bag there was my soda and chips in the other my boyfriends chips, soda and our subs NO SOUP. we called back and asked about our soup and the man on the phone said that she would be going back to the store to pick up our soup and drop it off after she was done delivering her next four orders he said she would be here around 9pm i waited at my door from 8:50-9 then I called back and the girl answered the phone I told her my problem she she said my order was the only order with soup and she knows she put it in there and started getting an attitude with me. I asked her if she could refund me for the soup since she said they were closed and she said yes then hung up on me. VERY DISRESPECTFUL. she was the female driver for Tuesday around 7 pm

This is my favorite place to grab a bite! Staff are always amazing! Sandwiches are absolutely amazing! And they give you a nice slice of the guts of the bread to dunk in your soup! I have a sub in the fridge for my lunch tomorrow even! And they day old bread is great for sandwiches throughout the week! I recommend this place to everyone! They have something special here that Jimmy Johns just can't come close to!

I agree that this location is the best, what makes this location the best are the people who work there, especially Warren. I work here at Jet Air and my shift runs into the evening (dinner time), I ask for delivery and no matter what time of the afternoon or evening, he comes in with a smile on his face. Its not just the delicious food, but people like Warren who put a place on the map that you want to go back to. Thank you again, your kindness and good service does not go unnoticed :)

I have known the owner, Bridget, since she opened the doors. The customer service is the best I've ever seen. The food is superb and she always has a smile for you. I won't go to any other sub shop. The food is much better than Subway by far. Bridget is a wonderful person and business owner. More businesses should be modeled after this one.

I used to LOVE ordering from this location... This past Friday, which happened to be Valentine's Day, was the LAST TIME!!! Along with a couple co-workers we ordered for delivery, I ordered a coupled up box lunch Girf, added bacon and cup of chicken and wild rice soup, which also comes with a cookie and pickle. I paid $1.59 for a piece of bacon to be put on a 3" sandwich. Now, I hadn't ordered from Erbs and Gerbs for quite a while because the past few times something was ALWAYS wrong with my order, typically I paid to have something added and it wasn't added (most likely bacon, because bacon is life)...
Delivery was on-time, if not sooner (I didn't place the online order, a co-worker did), upon inspection of my order found I again did not receive the addition that was paid for. I'd had enough, I called the location and a very sweet young lady answered, apologized and explained the manager would have to resolve the issue, but she fully understood and appreciated the call; she placed me on hold and was replaced by Brian, the manager. I again went through the spiel and he immediately advises when he's on duty the orders are always accurate. I rationalized how I understand mistakes happen, we had ordered during lunch rush and how much we appreciated how quickly we received our order. He asked if I would like him to have another one made and brought out. Ordinarily I would have taken him up on his offer, but since it would to have sat in the office fridge over the weekend, I declined. He offered to refund the order on the credit card, but then it would have inconvenienced the co-worker who placed the order having to pay me back. I asked whether he could just give me gift card for the order, he said he could do that, he would get it over to me and hung up. However - it dawned on me, as I kind of stared at the phone in disbelief on having being abruptly disconnected, Brian didn't take down any of the order information, my name, nothing.
Moral of the story - don't expect much from this location, which is sad because I've had interactions with the owner and she seemed to have a really good handle on how to make customers happy and a passion for what she did. What makes it worse is it would seem there are customer minded employees at this location... I pray those employees are well taken care of, be it at Erbs and Gerbs or wherever they chose to focus on their customers!

I ordered a platter of sandwiches and a giant salad for an office meeting. The sandwiches were excellent, as always. The salad, however was awful (and very small for the price). The lettuce was limp and turning BROWN! The tomatoes were mushy. Expectations were definitely higher for a forty dollar salad!

My first time ordering from this Erberts and Gerberts since moving to this side of town. I ordered soup because I need soft food to eat and I asked for a lot of crackers and the girl who delivered it plugged it with lots of crackers��. She was really nice, and the soup was amazing ��. Definitely will order from here again! They are reasonably priced, and the food is greattt.
P.S: Delivery girl, you're the real MVP��.

This restaurant is the BEST around!! My family and I eat here all the time! The bread is always fresh, they slice their meat and veggies daily so no soggy lettuce or tomatoes. The staff is AMAZING!! The food is super delicious no matter what you order, soups or sandwiches. If you haven't tried it here, YOU MUST!! You will NOT be disappointed! You can order in store or have it made to go. If you are in range, you can also have it delivered!!!

Food was fine other than it being not what was ordered. I was more upset at the fact of being treated like less of a customer than the fellow patrons that entered after me as I sat there. Also being told my food was to go was a bit insulting. If I wanted it to go, I'd have ordered as such. But apparently my kind wasn't wanted there. Disappointing and frustrating But food was good.

I have never had erberts and gerberts but my husband works in depere and I was looking to order lunch for him to surprise him at work today. I placed my order online through what i thought was the depere location. Only he had never received his surprise lunch. So I called the depere location and was told they thought my order was placed through the waube ln location and didn’t offer any solution to the issue that I had been charged for an order that hadn’t been received. So I called and spoke to Bridgette the owner at the waube ln location who went above and beyond to not only try to help me figure out why my order had never been delivered to my husband or if had gotten lost but she also went to deliver the order that I had placed and did not recharge me to make another order. I really appreciate the help and her going out of her way to help out. Thanks again Bridgette! What wonderful customer service.
