Friday April 15th, at about 5-5:30 the girl at the register was rude. It’s funny she showed customer service to some customers who were non black but as soon as I ordered my food it went out the window. She rushed me through my order, didn’t even offer me my receipt that I had to ask her for and it was clear irritation on her face . Didn’t even get my order correct so I had to wait for another employee to fix it. Wonder if she treats all of the black customers like that. How about waiting until the customer completes the order instead of saying “anything else” a million times. Wont be returning and should have got a refund.

Sandwiches were good but I got sick after eating the food and was throwing up. Not sure if I had food poisoning and the cashier was very rude and seemed like she was irritated

Will not eat there any more. It's so gross watching a bunch of kids making your sandwich. No adult supervision. Cooking area doesn't look clean. They couldn't careless about the customers. They're just playing around and takes forever to get the sandwich.

Guys making the subs did a good job and were friendly and helpful. Subs were good. Service? The cashier did not want to be there. Sullen angry and combative. The menu board stated $7.99 for the sandwiches. When I inquired why they rang up $8.99, she shot back "the prices raised " like I was causing a problem. Why the menu board wasn't changed or any notice any where of the price difference wasn't my fault. Save your money and go to Cousins or Jersey Mikes.

Great place. Always good food. Despite being understaffed the employees are always trying their best to get through everyone. Today I was there when they made the decision to close early since two of the employees had been there since early that morning and would have no one to replace them. The girl I assume to be the manager told the customers behind me that they were now closed. She sounded very professional when explaining why. The woman finishing the sandwiches was very friendly and chatted with me and my friend while we waited for my fries.

Service was so slow and the people worked with no urgency. Waited 30 Mims for regular cheese steak . When I arrived 2 people were in line . This is a joke. Wow I will never eat here again. If your shirt staffed even . No excuses for this service. Shut your doors if you can't make 1 small sandwich .

The service is ridiculous and VERY rude and unprofessional. I love the food here but I will no longer go there until they fix their attitudes there. I ordered food via grubhub, and when it said it was ready for pick-up, it wasn't. So obviously I'm upset because now I will be late back to lunch because of their incompetence and carelessness to watch their orders from that service. But somehow it was my own fault?? Nope, WRONG.. a simple apology would have sufficed but instead I got attitude and ugly looks like I did this. SMH NEVER AGAIN, if I could give NO stars I would.

Quantity is obviously over quality, which looks to be the case with the unprofessional staff. As a manager, I would have absolutely ZERO tolerance for the poor customer service these staff displayed. A handful of unfriendly staff at the counter acting more concerned with pretending not to see us, and too "busy" to acknowledge customers who were trying to order. We waited for quite some time while staff after staff walked past and avoided all eye contact with me. I only learned of their "early" closing due to overhearing a female staff mumble to a customer that they were "closed", which was only 2pm at the time. Google states they weren't closing until 6pm. There were NO closed signs but worst of all, none of the staff had brains to tell waiting customers that they were closing early. No apologies from anyone after I had to reconfirm what I overheard. Everyone in a "rush" to "go home" but NEWSFLASH, you're still "on the job" and obligated to provide service until you clock out for the day. Isn't that what you're paid to do?
Such shame that these employees are getting paid to be rude. Due to the unprofessionalism, I'm not wasting time there again.
