One of the slowest drive-thru lines of any McDonald's I've ever been to. If you are being paid $17 per hour for the overnight shift, when I stop for a quick after work craving, I work 2nd shift, it shouldn't take 20 minutes to get a McDouble, a large fry, and not a chocolate shake because they're shake machine is done.

Horribly slow. Even if there are zero other customers expect to wait 30 minutes to a hour in line and when you bite into your food it will be ice cold. (by ice cold I mean I received liteally a frozen hamburger patty.) Will never go this location again as I have given them chances and just when you think it can’t get worse it somehow does.

Fries were unsalted, food was cold and they ALWAYS forget the sauce!!! Partially my fault because I should check the bag before I leave, but she had the sauces listed on the screen and on my reciept so I would’ve thought they would put it in there! 🫥

The 3rd shift crew are extremely slow at this location. I highly recommend the public to stay away from this McDonald's. This location is in desperate need of an FOR (Full Operations Review) corporate inspection. If Shanock owns this location he should be aware of the slow service and horrific drive thru times on the overnight shift and possibly high labor percentages that happen probably every night. Makes me wonder what a DAR (Daily Activity Report) print out would look like from this crew. I wonder what mystery shop customers have said about this location. One of the crew has a very thick accent and is difficult to understand sometimes which can be a challenge.

Best part was the warm cookies. Delish. Who knew they had them? Howver, the fries and burgers were disgustingly cold. I think we got whatever leftovers they had from the supper rush as it was about 8 pm and they definitely weren't fresh! We knew it wasn't going to be spectacular, but that was worse than we expected.

We came late at night and customer service was phenomenal. Miss Jackie is what every company needs. She was very friendly, cordial, and made sure our experience was one to remember. The food and drinks were also great. And I highly recommend this exact McDonald’s, and I hope you all get to meet miss Jackie!

Great customer service. Super quick to serve. Hot and delicious pancakes breakfast and coffee. It hit the spot. And for all of your information, there was a CAR PILE UP on the bridge of the WI I-43 NB (if you look closely in the pictures past the M, you will see the emergency lights) and these franchise were offering free coffee to the first responders. This shift's staff clearly know how to make McDonald's shine. It's people like this that make me feel always welcome to this MCDONALD'S. I thank you all in this MCDONALD'S franchise for all your unconditional respect and love for the people you provide with your customer service.
