I've been going to Sbarro's since before it was in the food court, back when they had their own space in the mall. I'm glad to say that my kids love it now. The service has gone down considerably but the pizza is still great.
not only do I love pizza, I also love great service, and with the smiles and welcoming staff is awsome. my food is always hot and fresh. keep up the great work team!!
Every other restaurant was open at 1130 am on a Sunday, they had everything I wanted to order ready, but wouldn't serve me. Lost a sale to another business as a result. I strongly suggest you revisit the hours of operation to meet the customer demand and match the surrounding businesses.
I love this place... because of the food, but mostly the team. Watching the employees make the pizza from scratch is super cool! These guys are hustlin'! Thank you so much to Luz, Felipa and the rest of the BPS team 🤘
Natalia, the woman with the colored hair was extremely rude and after seeing her name pop up on other reviews already on here I’m shocked that she still has a job to be honest. Do better Sbarro.
The girl with blue hair has horrible customer service skills. The store itself did not open on time and had customers waiting and the employees didn’t even acknowledge them.
Called and placed an order for a pizza to be ready an hour later. Lady on the phone said no problem. Arrived to pick up the pizza and it wasn't even made. Had to wait an additional 20 mins. Don't accept future orders if you can't fulfill them on time. Please and thank you.
