Applebee's is consistent as ever but the staff is what sets this one apart. From out of town and was welcomed like the local with the packers helmet painted on his bald head (in June). Sirloin was cooked perfect and the cow lager was a great recommendation. Would visit here again.
Handed the menus right away (my friend's and I were sitting at the bar) got us a drink right away came back for our order came out at a reasonable time even with people getting door dash ect. One thing I noticed is the people that ordered drinks from the bar that were at tables, their drinks were waiting out a little longer until their server noticed that the drinks were made. I only mention that because it was already a slushy drink and you don't want that to melt more than it is.
Excellent manager on duty, everything was spot on with the service, and the food was delicious as always! I appreciate this place and will always return!
Our family dined at Applebees west side on Christmas Eve. We were greeted kindly and seated shortly after. You could tell the staff was busy but the service was great. Our waiter had plenty of customers but was friendly and helpful made us feel very comfortable. He got our drinks right after he took our order and our dinners came shortly after. Everything was delicious from the steak to chicken with shrimp dinners. Our waiter checked on us frequently. Lovely Christmas Eve experience! Very comfortable surroundings.
