Service was incredibly slow; I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes! The kid handed me my food, without saying a single word. No thank you, no apology for the wait, nothing! And it was cold! I don't usually leave reviews like this but this was just awful customer service. Sorry, never again.
Cant beat the brisquet sandwich and I'd recommend upgrading from fries to jalapeno bites. Dont forget the warmed sea salt caramel chocloate chip cookie for desert

Online it states this store is open until 10 pm. I showed up just after 9 and it was closed I had to back track into green bay for a different location. You should really keep your online hours up to date or not have them at all, thank you.
Had a large order and they made it fresh and hot. No long waiting for premade food like McDonald's. Love Arby's and their customer service
The order made was a regular roast beef meal with a side salad, soda and horsey sauce.
