Most disgusting Subway I've been in anywhere! I don't think they've cleaned the place all week, there were smears of stuff on the windows, floors were crunchy to walk on, and old napkins in several of the booths. Got our sandwiches anyway cause we were too tired to deal with anything else. Bread on my sandwich wasn't even cooked and even though I asked for light sauce he did four whole passes so it was a soggy mess. And the two employees just sat in the corner on their phones the whole time while we ate. Didn't clean the gross tables or door, sweep or mop, stock the half empty chip display or do anything at all. Do yourself a favor and drive a few blocks out of your way to a different Subway, the management and training here is š¤®

Okay, I understand it's not really "traditional" to order a pizza from subway, but I've never had problems with it. However, I went to this location for the first time today and oh my god. Genuinely have NEVER been given a pizza so revolting. By the way, if you look at the pictures, I asked the guy to take cheese off before this and he did. There was like 3x more cheese on this before I asked! Imagine how it wouldve come out if I didnt. Oh yeah, and there was so much cheese that the dead center of the pizza was COLD. The guy who "helped" me didnt even seem to care at all. Like yeah, I get it, I worked fast food too and it was awful, but he worked SO SLOWLY! It usually takes no more than 3 minutes to get my pizza ordered and finished, but this had to have taken at least 7. Absolutely disgusting, almost threw up multiple times, I will never be returning to this location.

Hey yāall, I came to the subway on dousman street on Friday the 20th on may, these lovely gentleman Aarion and Keegan helped us out tremendously. They helped us choose the best option for our ideal daily nutrition since weāre D1 soccer athletes. They gave us a good amount of protein, carbs, and greens. Overall a fantastic experience. I would really recommend anyone in the area to try this place out and for the management these guys deserve a raise! They bring value and the needs each subway deserves

I donāt blame the kids working I blame poor training and management I asked for a footlong Italian BMT I went through drive thru I asked for bacon they forgot the ham and bacon and when they handed me my sandwich and it looked like a 6 inch so I waited at the window and kindly said i donāt think this is my sandwich the kid was really polite and explained he rolled it so the stuff wouldnāt fall out. And I didnāt want to give him a hard time so I said ok and then I got home I realized. They had put my meat vertically on one side and then the veggies on the other half and rolled it vertically besides doing it horizontally through out the bread. Please make sure they get the proper training so this doesnāt happen again.

So I decided to eat here and I must say I had an amazing experience Mr Keegan and Mr.aarion, they were a great big help and I must say. they had made my day. Sub sandwich was absolutely hands down amazing I will definitely be coming back here great customer service guys keep up the good work. Wish every Subway had people like them. Great work on my sandwich too it was mighty delicious. I recommend anyone to go here if you want good customer service and food. Shout out to both of them workers keep up the good work. ā

Bad employee, it was the African American male with braids and glasses. It was one June 18th, So I was in the drive thru and no one answered so I came inside with my daughter to get a 12 inch sub as soon as I come in he already looked mad that he had to make my food and the drive thru headset was on his neck so thatās why he did not take my order. You could barely understand what he was asking like he was mumbling and he had a very bad monotone. the sub he made was nasty the chicken was cold and bread was burnt and crunchy he was huffing and puffing too like itās not that hard to make a sub he clearly need new training from the mangers there and have a better attitude. This wonāt be the last time Iāll stop down to this subway because itās close to my job but if heās working Ill-most likely go some were else for lunch and dinner.

I would like to give zero stars. Stopped by 5/9/22 to order 4 footlongs, and Teagan or Keagan whatever his name was had a fit that he had to help make some sandwiches (which is his job). Came out from the kitchen cussing, slammed the oven door, kept cussing, knocked off pizza boxes from counter, kept cussing. So I turned and looked at the other kid and said "he's having a fit about doing his job?" Kid said it's OK, it's OK and I just said no it's not, forget about my order and walked out. Poor customer service. There's been others there that have been great but never had to deal with someone with such poor attitude.

This is my neighborhood subway and I normally have a great experience. Today, the guy who I know is the manager and heās always very hard-working and attending to the needs of the store and I respect that. However, Iāve never had to deal with him as the person making my sub. Iām a pleasant person and just try to make things easier I suggested something about warming the meat (which I have done with every other person who has made my favorite sub with no problems) he snapped, āhow about you just let me do my job?ā I replied I was just trying to be helpful I explained how the other workers do it since I go in there a lot. Thatās all, nothing serious but not a pleasant experience being scolded by the person making your sub. I think I will avoid yes subway for a while when I see his car there.
