We arrived at the site and ordered food inside. One cheese pizza, one super Supreme, mozzarella sticks and bread sticks. They brought the cheese pizza to the table 10 minutes before the mozzarella sticks and 10 minutes after that the bread sticks and super supreme. When the mozzarella sticks were brought out to the table the server said I don't know why this is all coming at different times but I did. It's because the staff was to busy talking to each other and sitting at booths eating to care about the order of customers in the building. Pathetic service from a pizza chain that now days gets out done by pretty much every pizza chain or there. Everyone out pizzas the hut!! Will never return...

Pizza is still very good! Friendly staff. So sad no staff for dine in, but we were still able to dine in just had it like a to go order. It worked.

Buyer beware!
We ordered a couple pizzas and breadsticks for the kids one night. Everything looked great, and the tracker said we'd have it by something like 8:30 or so. This was a little on the late side, but still adequate.
Around 9:00, I saw that the tracker still said the order was being made, which was the same thing it had said for quite some time. I found this odd, since although I'm sure they try to use fresh ingredients, I don't believe that begins with milling wheat separately for each order.
I tried to call the store. I was on hold for over 15 minutes before I decided I needed to do something else. I ordered food from two other restaurants, was able to drive and picked it up, all while I was STILL ON HOLD waiting for Pizza Hut to pick up the phone. Once I got the food to the kids I finally hung up after listening to the pizza messages over and over with no answer. I will forever have it imprinted in my brain just how much Pizza Hut has always cared about making my pizza experience great, including serving me my first slice.
I replied to their feedback qurstionaire and emailed them, but I still haven't received any response. I can only assume the entire staff were abducted that night, and no one was able to send a message or anything. I checked the news in case a bomb had gone off or something, but nothing.
We never did get the pizzas. Maybe they're on a UFO somewhere. Either way, patronize this restaurant at your own risk.

Tried ordering a pizza on our way into town to be delivered at our hotel. After being on hold for ten minutes I finally got through and placed an order. After taking my CC number we got disconnected. Called back several times with no answer. We ended up driving past and the restaurant was closed! I’ve never had such complicated experience ordering a pizza.

everytime I order from this place it takes 2 hours and swear it's my last time. then 6 months goes by and I think to myself its gotta be better. I am disappointed every time!!!

SO MANY THINGS WRONG WITH OUR ORDER.
1.) Although we waited over 20 minutes for our order, our pizza order was somehow "skipped" and we had to wait another 15 minutes for pick up.
2.)We ordered a large pizza with 3 toppings: pepperoni, Italian sausage, and pineapple. We only received Italian sausage and pineapple. We also ordered a garlic butter glaze on the crust and the crust did NOT have any garlic butter.
3.) The Pizza Hut staff from Taylor Street Location in Green Bay, WI said we will get a $10 off our next order for accidentally skipping our order, but I don't see that anywhere in my email nor was it provided in person, as I placed my online order as "guest."
4.) Lastly, we ordered mini cinnamon rolls, and the rolls did not come with ANY glaze whatsoever.
Overall, everything we ordered was incorrect and was late. I also submitted an exact review as this, that was sent to me via email.

Order went in at 6:42pm, its now 8:30 and just finally got my now cold pizza. I called the number on the signs as instructed and waited 5 minutes for customer service to pick up. Not the store, but just regular customer service picks up and than was on hold again for another 6 minutes, during which I'm watching two employees walk pass the front counter while another employee at the front counter was just doing paper work and ignoring the phone which was me.
6 minutes later, another employee finally comes and picks up. Like seriously, your lobby is closed, there's no one else picking up pizza and no one wants to pick up the phone because "not my job"
I'm all for higher minimum pay, but when you can't or in this case don't even want to do the minimum customer service......
Don't bother ordering anything from this store. You're just going to get disappointed. Pizza Hut is officially on my "never order from this company ever again" list
