It's not often my order is taken/entered correctly, or that I even get what I ordered. I don't ask for very difficult things either, so I'm not sure what's going on but I see I'm not the only one. Love the coffee but I highly suggest Scooters, at least over this location. De Pere isn't problematic e
They never get your order correct. They also are always missing items if you order delivery.
I ordered 6 donuts, 6 bagels with butter, 1 tea. What I got was 4 bagels with cream cheese, and 1 tea. No donuts at all, and missing bagels. Also, the cream cheese instead of butter issue was annoying. Crea
The parking lot and drive thru are not great. I often order online and they typically forget my cold foam. The staff is often very short, rude and unapologetic. But the coffee tastes delicious.
As of the last few months I have noticed that any drink I buy here tastes nasty. The staff seems to treat you like you had the audacity to order food/drink. They also messed up the sizing on my drinks on two previous orders, by giving me smaller sizes. I haven’t had a good experience at the Main st
I used to love Dunkin but that has drastically changed. I used to go 5-6 days a week when they would make my drink perfectly. Now I have stopped going completely. Scooters or La Java have better service and know how to make a simple drink.
I went to Dunkin a couple days ago, Some girl (worker) spat in my drink, I could see the bubbles and def does not taste right. I don’t know her name but short, blonde hair girl. Quite lucky I’m not even making a huge deal out of this.
Order a grilled cheese today waited in line for about 10-15 min came home and bit right into plastic.
