Reviews of Burger King

OMG This place is TOP NOTCH 1ST CLASS customer service!!! The workers here are soooo nice, polite, considerate, and by far the best service we have had the whole vacation!!! We would eat some where different every meal. We wish we would of came here earlier in our stay because we would of been coming here more! I even asked for a manager to make sure that they knew how good they were doing!!!! AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!!!

Very disappointing! Got off of work and got done early enough to go to bk for dinner because I have to work in the morning and didn't want to make dinner. Again, just got off of work tonight! Pulling into the parking lot and saw a worker sitting on the counter by the registers. Absolutely Unacceptable! Called to complain and was getting into an argument with her bout it. Then when was going to mention my burger the bacon king she tries telling me that it's fresh. Don't believe that! Because I used to work at mcds. I made sure to try and get customers food that I would be satisfied with eating. Got to the window and she was handing out the food before the cash back from the change. Fries looked like they were from the bottom of the fry station AND OLD!! I WON'T BE GOING BACK! Will go out of my way to find a better BK than the on oneida st. Even though it's the closest one to me. Told her that she should have made fresh fries because it was at least 30 mins before 9! Still plenty of time to SHOULD HAVE gotten FRESH FRIES! BURGERS AND FRIES come on now. If can't enjoy the fries it's a waste especially when paying for some food that should be HOT AND FRESH!!!! Didn't catch her name. Future reference for anyone ask for fresh fries! Which she could have done if she wasn't sitting on the counter!!!

Went through the drive through and ordered a medium sprite. I got to the window and was never told my total. I got my card back and was handed a receipt for $7.90. I told the gentleman at the window I only ordered a sprite and the manager said out loud “why would he pay for something that wasn’t his”. Maybe if you told the customers their total when they got to the window they wouldn’t pay for an order that’s not theirs. Never returning to this garbage establishment.

We prefer the one on Military. They do a great job, follow instructions and have never had a problem! Young staff there and they do a great job! That's refeshing. Oneida on the other hand... one bad experience after another. So I just dont go. I'm not rating it bad because I love Burger King and when I have that crave it's on. The Military staff does such a great job!
