The night shift (manager?) blonde hair in a pony tail was amazing! So very nice and helpful. I made a mistake with my rewards but she gave it to me anyways. Such a positive and helpful person it was hard to believe I was at fast food.
This place will consistently have you park in front so they can waste as much of your time as you will let them. They do this intentionally so customers will stop coming because they are too lazy to do their jobs and get paid either way. If you give this place your business they will make you regret
The food was hot good by McDonald's standards. But we had to pull the car around and wait 18 minutes for the food. That was ridiculous. Certainly not fast food. And the price was just too high for the food, quality and service.
Third time this week with an incorrect order, giving me a hard time about a remake. This place usually pretty good as far as a McDonalds goes, but when they mess up they mess up bad. First they gave my order to the wrong car which drives off with it, they give the wrong order (theirs which I give back). Then they try to replace it with the wrong order, I had Double Quarter Pounder
We placed app order for pick up. Arrived at store - they told us they never received order. We then went inside - placed order on kiosk - took at least 15 minutes to get order.
When we asked manager to check - she said she was short staffed.

Too many people I have difficulty understanding, abrupt, and loud.
Quality of food is poor and prices are very high. It's almost criminal!
