Almost 100% of time my order is messed up. I was handed my order, as I walked out I looked in the bag to see only one of 3 items. Upon return, I was shown on the bag there was only one item ordered. Ordered a jelly doughnut and I'm used to them going pretty light on the jelly these days, but even knowing that, I was surprised to find an empty pocket. It was like they shoved a funnel down it and blew it up like a balloon, leaving both the doughnut, and my expectations, deflated and hollow.
Doughnuts are not fresh in the mid-late afternoon (twice). Counter/cashier is NOT a good setup. Both times I stood there for quite a bit waiting to be served. Finally I called out & someone came. They can't see you from the drive-in window area. Guess there's no bell on the door. Note to franchisee
