Thank you Wendy's. Not only was your staff very understanding when our car embarrassingly broke down in your drive through on our way to work and invited us in for our order. But even tho I gh it took us almost two hours to get someone to come pick us up, one of your employees was extremely kind enough to offer us another drink and frosty I believed she had paid for at the end of her shift to make sure we didn't get too hot. We greatly appreciate it after the bad week we've Had.
Sandwich was okay, fries were hot and Crispy. Dining area was clean, but also empty. Drive thru was busy and the staff was friendly.
It's the kids new favorite place but the drive-thru has no clue as to what a lot of ketchup means they gave us one package
Just got served 2 commercial worthy crispy chicken Blt (the cheese was melted) and the beautiful voice of an angel talked me into the chunky chocolate chip cookie very pleased
We went to Wendy’s for dinner and the building was wrapped. After ordering I realized I had not ordered part of my meal correctly. When I got to the window I asked if they could fix it. The lady at the window was VERY polite and said they could correct it. the kitchen staff obliged and did amazing! Got all of our food correctly and did not have any troubles correcting my own mistake! Thank you soooo much! ☺️
