Review Pal's Sudden Service - Greeneville

I never have issues from pals.... ever until tonight. Went in to get an Togo order. Order, leave, sit down at home and wow this burger seems awfully thinner than usual. Oh wait the meat is missing. Maybe try putting the meat on the burger next time before you wrap it up. Everything else appears to be right.

Great food, good prices Go to the sit in one if you don't want to wait. My wife love their sauce burger and peachie tea. Their Frenchie fries......well....she stole most of MY order. ..so I guess they were good too. Chili dog, chili burger, big pal and Bar-B-dog are all awesome.

Excellent Burgers best fast food option around in my opinion, fries are very good I always ask for lite salt on them

The most important thing to say is consistency, consistency. This is the only eat in Pals that I am aware of but no matter which one you go to, the food and service is always quick and good. This particular location is not open for breakfast like the drive thru's are.

You looking for some good home made back yard food this is it. Chili dog was good meat was a little too soft me I want texture with my chili dog. The fries are fantastic great texture and flavor maybe they need to be a bit bigger. Thicker and longer (giggity) 😆 but seriously in my opinion the fries are too small I prefer a thicker fry but these were really good. Better than sticks and shacks if you catch my drift. The burger was delicious, i did ask for no onions so they dropped the ball on that one. The Pattie’s were large about 1 min overdone I prefer a little pink with my burger but the bread was great the toppings were delicious I will defitnetly be stopping by whenever we are back at TU

Never had a bad experience here. It's amazing. The people are nice and the food is delicious. Only complaint I have is the cheddar rounds are only served in the morning. But it's probably a good thing because they would definitely always be running out!

Took 5 minutes for fries.. But the biggest disappointment is no free refills.... Really!!! Who charges 2 dollars for a small soda and won't refill it for dine in customers.. Won't be returning..

We had a great experience! The food was great and the service was even better. We showed up 5 minutes before closing and Makala the manager was so nice and accommodating to my family. Store was very clean. Will be back and reccomend for sure.
