The food was good, but while we ate the waitress and some customers were talking very loudly about politics. It's a free country and by all means express how you feel. But I personally don't care how you feel about Joe Biden or Donald Trump and I don't wanna hear what you have to say while I'm eating with with some family I haven't seen in 5+ years. But overall the food was good, personally it was my experience that was a little off because of "Y'all" talking about democracy. God Bless

I was out and about with my grandma which is something special due to our still recent family loss, but no sadness this day. She had gift cards for us to enjoy a free all you can eat buffet, which includes salad, pizza of several flavors and desserts. The waitress was good and on point in everyway. If I had it to do over again I would of at least asked her name and maybe number. Oh yea back to Pizza Inn, 😀 is a great family place, and can even house parties and fund raisers. So go Pizza Inn keep doing great.

Fast and friendly service. Lunch buffet was affordable and although busy, the kitchen kept up. All you can eat pizza of exciting varieties like baked potato pizza, hamburger pizza, and barbeque chicken pizza. If course all the traditional toppings. Salad, pasta, and dessert pizza makes this a very satisfying meal.

Pulled in at 7:30 pm to have the buffet (which was still stocked) and I was greeted at the door, "we will be right with you." Then she walks behind the counter in plain sight with 3 other employees having a gossip fest while I am standing there being totally ignored. They where not busy at all with very few customers in the dining area. Needles to say, I vote with my money and I will never spend one more dime there. What happened to customer service these days?

First, I no longer live in Tennessee. This being said I do like to get a Pizza Inn pizza every time I come back to visit. Thankfully they reopened the one in Elizabethton so that's more convenient. They have excellent pizza, pasta, salad, and dessert pizzas.

I was impressed with my first visit to pizza inn. I like the many pizza options, the salad bar, and the fact that they have a small party room as no one else in Greeneville has one in their restaurant if I'm not mistaken. Also the prices are unbeatable.

We didn't know they closed at 9pm and we went in at 8:45. They still served us (even made my mom 4 pieces of cheeseless pizza) and did not rush us at all. Thank you for wonderful service. (We choose pizza inn cause we havent had one in our town for 20 yrs)

I really like this place but if you get the buffet like most do you have to kinda watch as if you go during a slow time the buffet may not be full. They will however make a pizza for you by request if you have time to wait. Many different types of pizza to choose from.

Love this place!! The food is great, the service is better! We have been three times in the past month after 8:00 pm. Each time we have been welcomed and asked if there were any special requests for pizza. The staff has fun and makes it fun for the customers. I highly recommend eating at this location.

They have really good service and the buffet is varied and fresh. They let both of us us choose a pizza to add to the buffet, so we were pretty happy with the selection. The Italian sausage is pretty tasty, which is unusual here in east Tennessee. The sauce was good and the thin crust was excellent. The thick crust was okay but a little doughy. I tried the pasta with both the marinara and the meat sauce. They were both okay but were really good mixed together. I also tried one of the 2 soups, the potato, and it was not bad. All in all, if you have a taste for pizza in the south, this is where you want to head.

We ate there after church yesterday, 1-14-18. The server, Paige, was happy and efficient, the salad bar was fresh and well stocked, pizza was terrific and the cheese bread was gooey and abundant!!! Oh, the cinnamon stromboli was the best it’s ever been! It was definitely worth the drive from Newport; we’re never disappointed. Thanks and keep up the good work!!

I'm marking fair, because it is so difficult to place an order to this facility. The owner needs to invest in new phones or create some kind of quiet space for employees to answer the phones. I literally have to yell in my order. I tried to remedy this problem by ordering online, but the site never comes up, so I don't know if this is a listed option on their website that doesn't actually exist, or they just have website problems. The food is always great, but the hassle is not really worth it.

Our waitress, Sara, was fantastic. We brought our 4 year old for her birthday and she sang happy birthday to her, gave her balloons, chocolate chip pizzert and was very friendly.

Awful, come in at 11:30 4 tables of people there and no pizza out!!!! Ordered Taco Pizza 35 mins later family is done eating and still no pizza!!! Worse place ever!!!

Great place to take your family. Nice atmosphere. Plenty on the food bar
